The manager (Shameka) over this store has been amazing even through some challenging situations that I have experienced at the time of delivery /pickup for my customers. I appreciate the genuine smile and always caring about the customers, employees and dashers. Your customer service skills are amazing!

Poor management. They are understaffed and treated their employees like crap. Ibwent in to pick up my pizza and they had only two employees working. They had around 10 people waiting on pizza inside and about 8 people lined up in the drive through. They were out of a lot product and was unable to complete orders. I also noticed that the employees do not wear gloves when preparing the food

Shamika was absolutely wonderful and very friendly! She remembered us and took the time to thank us for being loyal customers. ❤️ My family and I order Pizza Hut at least once a week, and this was the first time we’ve ever been personally acknowledged and thanked for being loyal customers. That small gesture truly meant a lot to us! Thank you, Shamika, for your amazing customer service and for making our experience extra special! 🍕❤️

Do yourself a favor and do not order from this location Took my money played games with me for two hours lied on the phone delivery driver was there waiting for one hour for my food sent me pictures of the worker talking to me on the phone and the worker was lying me that there was nobody there waiting for my order and that my order was sent out 40 minutes ago never gave me a refund probably the worst establishment I’ve ever seen wasted two hours of my my time if you’re hungry, don’t expect to eat because you will never get your food basically take your money and throw it in the garbage also, don’t expect to get anybody on the phone at the store because they ignore your phone calls worst experience of my life these people need to be fired
