- BRBrayan R.Oct 5, 20261.0Dont order 30 minutes before closing they'll cancel it. Doesn't matter if its delivery or carry out or if you include a tip. They just want to run off & clock out
- JPJason PierceSep 16, 20265.0Excellent customer service
- EJEdith JenkinsSep 6, 20261.0Kirk is a horrible person. I will never come back as long as he's working there. I see and hear him yell at his employees every time I go there and if he's not yelling he's just standing there doing nothing and not helping his employees when its crazy busy. Kirk is a horrible manager, employee, and person ever. I just cannot keep going and not say anything about his character. I feel bad for anyone that has to work under him.
- QQQi’ArianAug 5, 20261.0I’ve worked in fast food before—a pizza place, actually—so I try to give people grace. But the customer service here is consistently bad. Every time I pick up an order, they move so slow and act like I’m inconveniencing them. What’s the point of having a drive-thru if no one uses or checks it? Then we end up standing in the lobby waiting for an order that’s already made. I’ve even tipped the Black guy with the dreads before, despite his attitude. Nobody is forcing anyone to work at Pizza Hut. REMOVE THE DRIVE THRU AND PHONES because it’s clearly not being used
- DCDelia CervantesJul 11, 20261.0I hadn’t ordered pizza from this place in a while because the service and the quality of food went downhill tremendously. I decided to give it another try because there’s a certain pizza that I really like to order from Pizza Hut. However, when I got my order, of course it was wrong like always. I called their customer service line told him they could come pick up their pizza and I wanted a full refund. Of course I received a whole bunch of gibberish. I am so over Pizza Hut it’s just gone downhill and I don’t know why, it’s such a shame. But if I can’t even get a refund, maybe they need the money more than what I do, keep it!!!
