  I’ve worked in fast food before—a pizza place, actually—so I try to give people grace. But the customer service here is consistently bad. Every time I pick up an order, they move so slow and act like I’m inconveniencing them. What’s the point of having a drive-thru if no one uses or checks it? Then we end up standing in the lobby waiting for an order that’s already made. I’ve even tipped the Black guy with the dreads before, despite his attitude. Nobody is forcing anyone to work at Pizza Hut. REMOVE THE DRIVE THRU AND PHONES because it’s clearly not being used

  I hadn’t ordered pizza from this place in a while because the service and the quality of food went downhill tremendously. I decided to give it another try because there’s a certain pizza that I really like to order from Pizza Hut. However, when I got my order, of course it was wrong like always. I called their customer service line told him they could come pick up their pizza and I wanted a full refund. Of course I received a whole bunch of gibberish. I am so over Pizza Hut it’s just gone downhill and I don’t know why, it’s such a shame. But if I can’t even get a refund, maybe they need the money more than what I do, keep it!!!

  I ordered on the app and it sent my food to a 3rd party delivery and 1hr later no food I click on the text link to track my food it says it’s back at the store and I call the store they say they sent it out and just wait for minutes and I wait, still nothing, so I call back and ask to speak to the manager was on hold for 3o minutes and seem like they wasn’t going to pick it up. I paid for my food and got nothing, this place needs to be shut down, it’s truly unprofessional like they doing more than forgetting parts of an order now they are NOT GIVING YOU YOUR ORDER NOW, they are getting so careless these 5 star has to be the coworkers friends because this place is bs and needs to be shut down

  Ordered a pizza in person and the person who took my order asked for my phone number. I said I didn't need to give out my number to order pizza before and he said "Well, I'm the manager I'm want your number to place the order!". I walked straight out of there and never will I return here.

  Bad experience I called to make an order and the lady who answered my call my good morning or nothing she just said tell me I'm too busy I don't recommend this place apart from being rude they are they don't have empathy Asia customers
