My pizza ended up never being picked up because no door dash driver took my order despite me using the app and requesting a specific time for delivery. They need to go back to using in house drivers. I would gladly pay extra and tip for that to guarantee I get my food

When I received the pizzas, there was a banana pepper in the box that appeared to have already been bitten by an employee. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and cleanliness. Customers expect their food to be prepared and handled professionally. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure it does not happen to anyone else.
- GNGary NeudahlJan 31, 20263.0The corporate app is buggy. I can never get the Papa Dough to apply to an order and, as a franchisee store, there's little the store can do about it. So they have to compete on food quality (which IS very good) rather than price (since the Papa Dough earned is worthless, at least for me, and corporate hasn't responded to my inquiries for a fix, or accurate guidance on how to use it. Their 877 number customer service rep provided inaccurate guidance and I ended up with an uncancelable order that took the full amount from my credit card, with no promised webpage appearing at which to apply the $10 Papa Dough, which has now expired, again!). This location is set up only for takeout. It could be interesting to stand around to dine in.
