  Me and my friend went to eat breakfast today and he has a heart condition Which requires him to have a service dog He had to use the restroom so I held his dog for him and the staff very rudely asked if he was service I answered yes and they asked for documentation And then threatened to call the cops if I didn’t leave I was just trying to eat food on my lunch break but the rudeness was unbelievable Texas law states that we are not required to show documentation Will not be eating her again Long wait time And bad service 1/5

  Foods ok, its McDonald's, you know what youre getting. Terrible layout, dont park in front, the drive thru will get you stuck. Make sure your food is right before you leave. Last I remember a triple cheeseburger has 3 patties. I guess they forgot that. Service is slow as molasses, they're plenty of people working there. It looked pretty clean, the drive thru probably caused it to be so slow. Employees in there didnt seem to have much enthusiasm. Overall, if your already at Walmart and just hungry yeah I might say go. But if youre on 35 and just gotta go to McDonald's, stop at the one 4 miles north of this one on the east side of the lake. This one needs some help.

  Had I read the reviews first I would have never walked in and had the same experience. Very snide young man as a manager and just isn't competent to handle a restaurant. Sorry not sorry The urban demeanor just doesn't cut it and there is no communication among the staff. All eyes on drive-thru and backs turned to the dining area. Customers waited upset, customers walked out, when asked for timing implications the manager became very aggravated and combative ..then turned his back and got right back to the drive thru. Leaving 1 star because I can't leave 0

  I don’t know what’s going on at McDonald’s but I have to say I have been going to this McDonalds for 10 years and I’m not lying, and I remember every visit, but I’m going to say the service, food and vibe was a 100, my food was fresh and hot and even the vibe, and I go to every time of the day breakfast, lunch and dinner, so who ever worked 4/26/26 @. 10:30 p.m. you were on point!!! Besides a Jamaican lady who works in the morning who I call Love, this crew gets a 100 💯 so thank you!!! Not even the Mexican ladies that work in the morning , all they do is serve horrible food and horrible attitudes, so , this late night crew deserves two snaps and kudos to you!!!! Again thank you! And keep up the good work! To the owner, you need to have this late night crew school everyone else except the Jamaican lady that works in the morning who is the reason I kept going back even after I didn’t want to, this late night crew needs to hold a training class for those Mexican ladies in the morning! Thanks again guys and this is a real review, I ordered a Big Mac spicy chicken meal and a chicken sandwich with small fries and it was all delicious!!! thanks again guys !!
