  Absolutely terrible experience at McDonald’s today. I stopped by to grab a bite with my mom and her service dog, and an employee named Kelly immediately told us dogs were not allowed in the restaurant. I tried to explain that it was a service animal but she walked back ti the kitchen. She then sent her colleague Andrew to kick us out. He was extremely rude and even demanded to see the service dog’s “documents.” While I was trying to show them the paperwork, none of those two employees came to see us. We eventually spoke with the manager, who apologized for the rude behavior and lack of knowledge from her employees, but the damage was already done. No customer should be treated this way, especially when accompanied by a legitimate service animal. Very disappointing experience; never going back.

  Easily the worst mc Donald’s in the area, everytime I order through uber eats the order is wrong in some way, and when I try calling to confirm if they have ice cream or not no one answers, and so I go through a terrible uber eats experience and end up having my order canceled, they never keep the app updated to show if they have ice cream or limited time items in stock.

  Quick service despite being very busy. Cashier neatly bagged my order and made sure I didn't forget my drink. Another employee held the door to let me out with my armful of food. Clean restaurant. Good mango smoothie.

  This is easily the best McDonald's I've ever visited. That’s a bold statement coming from someone in their 50s who has been to McDonald's a gazillion times, but this location earns it. I’ve experienced this shop from every angle: ordering at the counter, using the app, and using the in-store kiosks. I’ve even picked up orders here as a DoorDasher, and I especially appreciate how thorough the staff is in making sure the right order gets to the right person. Every single visit has been pleasant, and I’m always greeted by friendly, attentive employees. The best part, however, is the food. It is hot and fresh every single time. I’m not just talking about a hot burger during the 12:10 p.m. lunch rush—any location can manage that—I’m talking about 3:00 p.m. on a Tuesday when it’s quiet. Even then, my meal is fresh. Most restaurants are good "sometimes," but this location is impressively consistent.
