As soon as I walked in at 8:30pm i was happily greeted by Tenika and Ron. Told them I was there for pickup and Tenika confirmed my name on order and said they were just finishing up my order. They were both very nice, friendly, detail oriented and had great positive attitudes. They thanked me and smiled so genuinely. Very impressed with the outstanding customer service I received at this location. The sandwiches were great, fresh ingredients and so yummy.

I recently called the store to learn more about its management team and recognize the people responsible for that strong service. I spoke with Brittany, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine commitment to customer care immediately stood out. She listened attentively, answered my questions clearly, and made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Her patience, helpfulness, and positive attitude reflected the kind of leadership that strengthens the experience for both customers and staff. Brittany represented the store exceptionally well, and I sincerely appreciate the professionalism, compassion, and leadership she brings to work. She is a wonderful representative of the store and deserves recognition.
