  Arrived and placed my Order with Deeane. I sit down in front of the delivery counter and wait for my order a number 9. About 12 mins have gone by and I still do not receive my order. This whole time there is a white female about 280 pounds behind the counter and a Hispanic male preparing the sandwiches for other customers. I get up and ask the pair if my order has been placed all i get in response back is “we need the receipt”. If you seen me the customer, waiting for so long how come the staff did not ask any questions such as “what are you waiting for?” “Everything okay?” “Have you been helped”. All they did was look at me from behind the counter. I asked for my money back and the Big white female states it would take up to 48 hours. If the manager or Owner is reading this, please have your staff check on customers to make sure everything is in place.

  Don't order delivery from this Jimmy Johns the Driver can't even read obvious house numbers and drops food off half a block away. I wouldn't give any money but if you do pick up only. Until they train their drivers better. I still would advise giving this shop you're money as in my experience when you call to say hey somethings wrong they treat you like a liar and hang up the phone. I had to call twice.

  Arrived at 8:40 PM, hours say they close at 9:00, when walked in she didn’t even greet me. She pretended like she didn’t see anyone and when approached she quickly said they “ran” out of bread with an attitude…Mmmm how convenient… Do better Jimmy Johns Please hire people that WANT to work! Is this the type of people that represent your company!?????
