  Young lady at the counter was very rude very disrespectful sitting there laughing about things that I was asking instead of answering my question and giving me a real reason besides being rude on why I’m not able to fill my own gallon that I do every time I come in there and she refused to allow me this time. Her excuse was cross-contamination, but it was her clean gallon. That was she’s gonna hand me. She doesn’t use gloves. She holds the handle just like I would’ve had to fill it up just like I would’ve my cup so me filling up a cup versus a gallon of tea, there’s no cross contamination. The only cross-contamination going on was the other employees eating waffles that they sell around the tea that they’re making that’s cross-contamination and then when I called back to get her number they hung up on me. I will not return to this location if anyone wants to get HteaO go to Sachse.

  Always enjoy going inside the store to make my combinations. At the moment been doing a tropical cowboy. Pineapple with cowboy.

  I just experienced the rudest customer service at this location in the drive through. I typically encounter very nice, polite, welcoming individuals. And when I come inside, the sweetest gentleman, with glasses, always helps me. He’s been at this location for 2 years. I don’t typically come through the drive through, this was like my 3rd time. I was in a hurry so I didn’t come in. When I pulled up, the gentleman at the window who I had never seen before today, said, “do you have a number?” No hello, hi, how are you. He was so monotoned and flat. It was a young Asian guy. I asked for them to put the Splenda in my drink for me since I’m driving, last time they didn’t and I got the Splenda ALL OVER my car. So I don’t know if that irritated them or what. He takes my payment and tells me to wait. Then he hands me my drink, without the Splenda mixed in or stirred in, and tells me, “you just have to mix it.” I said, “oh, I don’t really want to take the lid off to stir it and get it everywhere in my car.” He just slowly closed the window on me. I sat there hoping to ask for some napkins so I could do this in my car without making a mess but he completely ignored me and would not open the window up for me again. Even as I tried to wave to get his attention. I was accumulating a long line of cars behind me so I went ahead and just drove off. And sure enough, I got tea all over my clothes and car interior while taking off the lid to stir my drink up. I’m disappointed. I usually experience the nicest, friendliest workers here. I’m shocked at this guys customer service skills. I mean, the least he could’ve done was at least say hello to me and acknowledge me 💀

  First time trying this place. Glad I did, I was shocked that they had so many flavors of tea. And all the ones I tried did not disappoint at all. If you like tea you definitely need to get HteaO.

  Always a pleasure to go to a good Ole Hteao! The tea is so good and you can sample all the flavors if you go inside, plus they have some pretty good healthy snacks.
