  I ordered sugar-free rose tea with boba, it was sooo delicious I love their boba’s they are heaven😋😋😋👌

  Hey someone tell the managers to stop telling the staff to turn off the oven 10 minutes early!! 😤 Sonic doesn’t do that! I’m pretty sure Jack-in-the-Box doesn’t do that. I’m pretty sure Starbucks doesn’t do that.!!!!!!! Other than that staff is good!

  Watched a customer nearly hit an employee in the parking lot, then the manager chatted and joked with her at the window for nearly 5 minutes with a long line of cars waiting. When I got to the window, the employee was talking about the customer almost hitting them while the manager dismissed and downplayed it. When I confirmed what they said, she told me, "we already talked about!" Like she was annoyed at the employee being backed up. She then left me waiting longer for my drink while she messed with a machine. I couldn't get my drink that was sitting there until she walked away and another employee could hand it to me. Won't be returning.

  Honest Review. Mediocre at best, I enjoy smooth well brewed coffee. It's not just this location to but I have tried other locations as well and they always seem to be lacking. I can tell people love this place and the employees seem happy which is fantastic but I come for the coffee which always seems to leave me feeling less happy. Which isn't good. I noticed the drive through had double lines to take our order but only one drive through to retrieve it. I ordered a medium cold brew which came in a rather large cup filled with ice which means I only got half of what I paid for. I waited quite a while for this drink. I don't believe a cold brew should have the need for a customer to order it without the ice cubes. It's a cold brew, it's already cold. So by the time I receive my drink it was now a watery cup of iced coffee. It tasted 100% like the 99c cup of ice coffee you would make yourself at the gas station. Not at all trying to be mean or throw shade but it did taste 100% the same. The guy said I could have ordered it without the ice but I didn't ask for an iced coffee now did I? I ordered a cold brew which should never come with ice. 🤦 I probably won't be back seeing as this is a common practice and shows a huge lack of coffee brewing knowledge. Love the company ethics, I don't love the coffee. Good coffee starts with the basics, before you add sugar to it. If you can't get the basics down, you're just slurping down something that's got a lot of sugary substance added without ever knowing how good the actual coffee itself is.
