    This is by far the worst Dutch Bros I've ever been to! This location has no idea how to handle online orders. I always order my drinks ahead of time, and even get there 2 minutes past the pickup time because I know how slow this one is, and yet when I get there, my drinks have yet to be made. I get an excuse that they are just starting on them now. Just starting on them 2 minutes past my pickup window mind you. So, I wait for another 5 to 10 mins, all the while every drive thru order who got there after me is getting their drinks. FIX YOUR ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM! The people you have hired don't know what they're doing! They seem to think the drive thru orders come first and all the online orders are out there sitting for 10 minutes in the blazing heat past their pickup time. It's ridiculous, and I'm finally making the decision to go to the Murphy or Arapaho locations because they have their stuff together. I recommend others do the same if they don't like waiting. Whenever I visit those locations, they ALWAYS have my drinks ready on time. I know that's a difficult thing to process for this location though.

    Coming to this location is always AN EXPERIENCE!* No matter who attends me in the line they are always friendly and ready to take my order and start up a conversation! The crew here can definitely make your crummy day turn upside down and the drinks are great too! Today I asked the girls names so I could call them out in a review, Anna and Racheal -love them!

    I came in drive today and first the man with beard who took my order was so charming. As I sat in line before I got to the window I could hear singing coming from the inside of the location. When it was my turn at the window all the staff members were still singing having a good time and they still took the time to greet and speak to me - the hispanic girl at the window was so kind and attentive! It was a better trip to dutch bros than my last one which makes me eager to return because I've been thinking of the drink I got all day and I want another soon! The fall pumpkin spice drinks are the BEST! There was a new girl today and she was very rude! She acted like she couldn't hear me and walked away to go laugh loudly with the male employee on the other side of the store. Makes you think theyre talking about you when you just want your coffee. Awful experience.

    I came this morning around 5:50 after ordering on the appto the walk up window. I was completely ignored and un acknowledged until a guy pulled up and said that he would be right with me. He went inside. He was very sweet. The other two young ladies could have at least acknowledge me and told me to come around to the drive-through instead I got completely ignored. I felt that that was very rude and I will not be back at this location.

    I love your coffee!! The Dutch Bros on Shiloh RD in Garland is the slowest place to get coffee, I just moved to this area so have to use this one to go to work and I can’t even get coffee from here bc I’m waiting forever….normally they have girls/guys working the line but not at this one. I drink your coffee a lot….this is my 3rd day in a row to go by there and I had to leave w no coffee bc I knew I would be late to work. Yesterday I was just late bc I had been in line so long I didn’t wanna leave. One day I sat at the window for a good 5 minutes and my coffee was sitting at window, the girl said oh Im sorry your coffee is right here. Idk, do better Dutch Bros Garland you know you making that money, get you some more employees💙
