Definitely recommend: Golden Eagle (blended or iced) AND Strawberry Horchata Chai(blended w/cinnamon) 😋 Employees are always very nice and efficient.

I visited this Dutch Bros and I felt that the young lady that made my drink did a horrible job. I asked for a caramelizer and a foam top with caramel. I also asked for caramel drizzle around the cup. She had literally forgotten to put the caramel drizzle on their poured the foam, right out of the box. The drink was presented so badly, literally an ugly drink. I stopped going to Starbucks on May 8th of 2025 and decided that Dutch Bros would be my choice for cold coffee. I only drink iced caramelizer that's it that's all.

Manager should reemphasize the closing teams to let people know before hand when they stop serving or… you know put out the cones like most locations signaling they stopped serving . This is my second time arriving at the drive thru at 10:40pm (Trying to get a drink before I work from home) . I’m in line with only 2-3 cars and I waited 20 minutes and I arrive to the window and they tell me they aren’t taking more orders. It feels like I just arrived at that moment expecting to be served… no I arrived way before. I understand if it’s someone arriving last minute or if it literally was one person closing . But it was two people , the one person can make the drinks while the other closes or you know go out for less than a minute and tell waiting cars they aren’t serving anymore .

Reoccurring situation where we are in line 30 mins before close and people in front decide to order multiple drinks and by the time we get to the window they say they can no longer take orders. If thats the case they should have a cut off and not waste peoples time who are still in line waiting for a drink. Makes zero sense that it comes down to whos lucky enough to be the laat person vs whos unlucky enough to be behind the person who orders 4 drinks and takes up time until close. They should tell the cars behind that they wont be able to attend them instead of making them wait until they get to the window after waiting. In other locations they put cones put to signify they wont be attending anymore people which is the only acceptable way to handle closing in my opinion. We were told that they only have 2 people working so unfortunately they weren't able to accept any further orders however it still does not excuse the wasted time from the people kept waiting in line when one interaction could let us know to leave.

Went to get an order tonight in the drive thru. As they were handing me the last of my order a PVC pipe they used to keep the window open, flew out at my car, hit my car and dropped to the ground. I specifically asked the barista was my car damaged. He looked and shrugged and said nothing too crazy, yet when I parked at home there is a noticeable chunk of paint out of my door. Very, very, very disappointed. The barista did not even stop to take information or reassure me that if there was an issue it would be addressed. He just blew it off yet, my pristine car, which I keep in mint condition, is now damaged. Tried to call to at least report it and unfortunately, the only number listed is the corporate number. So I won't hear anything for a few days after I reported it there. All around very disappointed with my experience. :(
