After spending $16 on three drinks, I found a dead bee in my latte. Better employee training, customer service, and quality-control measures are needed to address these concerns and improve the overall customer experience.

- ATAnthony TorresMay 23, 20261.0While they do offer good coffee, the employee focus seems to be on things other than providing proper service, like being woke. Worse, when I reached out to corporate to address this issue, I discovered that they want far more personal information from me rather than having g a proper dialogue about the issue. Since when is the last four of my card number germane to a conversation about employee behavior. Worse, if you don’t play by their rules, they won’t even engage. This is an obfuscation to hide negative employee behaviors. The bulk of the employees at this location are good people. But there happens to be one that wants to take what little power he has in the customer experience to attempt to force his worldview onto a paying customer. This simply isn’t acceptable. Why is it that people like this are offended by everything but their own actions? I stopped going to Starbucks for similar reasons. Ya’ll need to recognize QT is just across the parking lot offering good coffee at a lower price without any of the garbage attitude. There’s always alternatives. Among my peers, I am not the only one that holds these thoughts. Do better or suffer the financial consequences.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
