They had not taken a picture of said “delivery” I waited for an hour and nothing, so i called the restaurant and they kept me on hold for 10 minutes and apparently it wasn’t eligible for refund through door dash. It states that dominos uses their own drivers so it was not door dash’s fault.

Driver arrived and very nonchalantly said “yea…so I have your receipt, but I don’t have your order…I can call but I don’t know. I think someone else will bring it”. I called and talked to the manager “yea…this happens a lot, just call back in like 10 to 15 minutes”. The manager obviously was used to this happening and didn’t seem to really care at this point. If this is delivery and yall messed up, why would I need to call back for what I ALREADY paid for, you know, the delivery service.
