When i grabbed the bowl it felt like it didn't even have anything in it. Upon opening it I saw it was practically empty with only a few pieces of steak. The picture attached shows exactly how it looked after opening the bowl. To make matters worse, the chips were raw and chewy. They were too soggy to eat. I reached out to Chipotle and was just told, we will do better next time. They clearly do not care about the service they provide or being held accountable. I will definitely not be going back.
