  I walked in with my friends and it looked like they were closing at 9, but it says online they close at 11. We asked if they were still open, but they didnt even respond at all. So we just walked out.

  Came in right around 9pm and everything we ordered was very fresh and everyone working was very kind and welcoming. Portions were on point and the cashier Reina was patient while I scanned some rewards I had in the app. Dining room was clean and everything we ate was delicious

  I have been coming to this spot for years and I have to say, this is the best chipotle in the area. The food is always consistent never salty or bland so props to the chefs for that, they’ve been well trained. The staff are always generous with their portions, friendly, fast and very professional at what they do. Highly recommend this particular location!!

  The customer service here is not great. My food was luckily good. I was rushed and the line didn’t have many people in it. I asked for a small bag of chips and the cashier handed me a large one so I asked for a small bag again and she was annoyed. I asked a question to the cashier Candace about why my new 50% off entree wasn’t working that I had just gotten minutes before walking into the store she acted like it was an inconvenience for me to ask a question. I asked her what I should do if my reward is not working and she just said I don’t know and didn’t try to help me. I understand not having a good day but taking it out on others is also not okay.

  Received our bowls with hardly any meat. My boyfriend and I both ordered, and at first I honestly thought they forgot the meat. After looking through the bowl, I realized there was just a very small amount, even though I ordered double chicken. It was honestly disappointing and felt like a rip-off, especially with the prices going up. I ended up eating only about a third of my bowl because it felt like I was eating a vegan bowl. I eat Chipotle often, so I know that’s definitely not the usual portion. The customer service was also disappointing. The lady preparing our food was told that the order was to-go, but the cashier forgot. When we politely reminded her, she seemed irritated and started putting the food into the bags rather aggressively, pushing them toward us and rolling her eyes. We were in a good mood and spoke to her respectfully, so the reaction was completely unnecessary. After reading through the other reviews, it seems like this may be an ongoing issue at this location. As a longtime customer, it’s really disappointing to see. Higher prices, smaller portions, and this kind of customer service just aren’t worth it anymore. Y’all Keep this up I’m sure this place Won’t be open for Much longer .Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
