  Unfortunately, they've lost my business. For FOUR consecutive times through the drive-thru, I've ordered a Double Beef n' Cheddar meal only to realize later later that they placed a single beef n' cheddar inside a double BNC wrapper. This has happened even when I asked the drive-through person to double check it. This sort of consistent 'mistake' is clearly designed to overcharge customers by deception, and is supported by management. I've already filed a complaint with the Texas Consumer Fraud office.

  No one answered at the counter. I went to the drive up window area and located a worker working thr drive thru. He didn't see me or hear me because he was busy on his phone. After getting my attention, he went to the back to get someone tobhelp me. There was another worker on break. The food is awesome and always has been. I am visiting from out of town and this just shouldn't happen. The phone can wait. As i finished my meal, he was back on his phone again.
