- SSSheila Sims2 days ago1.0This is The biggest rip off of a store. They sent my groceries out with an Instacart driver when I ordered directly off their site. The driver didn’t have any air conditioner and she didn’t have any cooler bags and she delayed my order an additional 30 minutes out in the heat so my frozen stuff was no longer frozen. My meats were outside temperature so I couldn’t use them anymore and they denied my $20 refund request for the items that were damaged when it’s their responsibility since I ordered through them to make sure the driver is doing what they’re supposed to do. If you’re gonna use the outside delivery service, you damn well need to be able to provide a refund if they’re not doing their job properly instead of just stealing my money. This is just bad business and shady practices and you should be ashamed of yourselves from stealing from somebody when they didn’t get products they could use. And before you try to say contact you, I’ve contacted you guys twice about a refund and you guys denied it twice

All the salads I bought were brown by Tuesday. When I'm trying to spend as little as possible, this is infuriating. I should be confident that when I buy groceries on Sunday and they are stored in the fridge, they should still be good by Tuesday, preferably longer. Please learn from my expensive mistake and go elsewhere if you need fresh produce! Obviously , they're not checking it.
