  Very disappointed with Whataburger. I ordered on the app, chose pickup via curbside. When I arrived, I put my curbside spot number in, 10 minutes into waiting, no one had come out to bring my food. I called and they said it would be right out. Waited another 10 minutes- totalling 20 minutes now. Still no one had come out. I called again, the manager said she would send someone out. They came out but brought the 2 cars next to me (who came after me) their food. I called again, it had now been 30 minutes of waiting for an online app order. She finally came out, never apologized or said anything. Do better Whataburger. I live here nearby, and this was just ridiculous. I knew if I called back to complain, it would just do no good.

  Hamburgers were very good, fries were cold and stale. Had a hard time understanding the person behind the counter.

  The food is always good here and the place is kept immaculately clean but everytime I go to this location the employees are always preoccupied talking amongst themselves or the seem disinterested when waiting on you or the occasions when they are just down right rude.

  If you can go eat somewhere else, eat somewhere else. I have bit my tongue for so long about this issues about this place. A couple months ago when I went, there was a worker (on the clock) on the phone cursing and yelling, multiple customers told him to be quiet. They took an hour to get our food out. Whatever. I ordered for pick up one time and did curbside because I thought maybe that would be faster. Again, took an hour. This time I ordered for pick up inside, they HANDED up the wrong order saying it was for me (keep this in mind). We get home to see it’s someone else’s order (that was our fault for not checking). Fine whatever, we took it back. Then they gave us THE WRONG ORDER AGAIN. I call asking for a refund because I am not driving another 20 minutes. The lady on the phone was extremely rude saying it was our fault not their staff and that they made the order correctly. Does the photo below look like it was made correctly (a #1 with onions and cheese only) ? Because wtf am I eating, where’s the rest of it? Get it together. Never been to such an incompetent Whataburger joint in my life.

  I waited over 35 minutes for a meal and was told, "if you don't like the wait, leave" by the manager. I've never received such enormous disrespect and arrogance in my life, especially at whataburger, which I eat at frequently. Almost every single employee was sitting down or moving at a snails pace. Several customers left the venue due to the enormous wait time and completely unprofessional staff. Please never visit this location if you expect your food in under 30 minutes.
