  It was busy so not faulting the service to much, but the steak was way over cooked. Asked for a medium rare and I received a medium well. I would've mentioned this to the waitress but she never asked how our food was. If steak is in your name, you have to produce a better product. I wouldnt recommend.

  A MUST try---100% recommend. John Paul and his staff are superb!!! Everyone and everything about this restaurant is first class. The ambiance is cozy/intimate. The food is delicious. The staff/service is fantastic. We've dined here numerous times over the past several years and cannot praise this establishment enough. The price is on point--the quality rivals/supersedes ANY other steakhouse. Way to go John Paul and all!!!!

  Staff and service were phenomenal. Our filets were delicious. Brussels sprouts were yummy. The butter cake was out of this world. Jean Paul was a delight. Definitely recommend.

  We had a 6:00 PM reservation and were really looking forward to our evening, but unfortunately the experience started off poorly and we chose to leave. Upon arrival, we were seated at a table by the bar despite having a reservation. I politely asked if there was availability in the main dining room, and the host told me those tables were “reserved for a specific waiter,” even though there were multiple open tables. I explained that we also had a reservation, but was still told nothing else was available. What was frustrating is that as we were walking out, the host suddenly said that if we waited, he could likely move us to the main dining room after a cancellation. That tells me there was flexibility, but it wasn’t offered until we decided to leave. Our party was appropriately dressed, and the whole interaction left us feeling dismissed and undervalued as guests. Whether it was poor communication or something else, it didn’t feel like a welcoming or accommodating experience—especially for a place that requires reservations. We ended up going elsewhere. Hopefully management can work on consistency and how guests with reservations are handled.
