  Waited 15 minutes at drive thru. Finally told will be right with you waited another 10 min...just left since it seemed we could not get service.

  Waited for 10 minutes, didn't get any help.No employee came to get our order and people still come here never coming back if anyone sees this be prepared to have the WORST SERVICE EVER

  Terrible experience today. We had a large order and 2 things were missing. No big deal...but when we went back the employees were rude and unapologetic. The 2nd try at the ordern they got one of the burgers wrong. At that point, I walked up and one of the car hops told me to wait right inside the door. The manager immediately started yelling at me to leave. I calmly told her I was told to come inside and she said "he is from Jamaica and doesn't know anything". How amazing that a manager can be that rude to her employees. Eventually, the person working the drive through came out and talked to me and got me the correct order. He also informed me that the manager who spoke to me would never come talk to me. In all it took over 1 HOUR to get my order right. Completely unacceptable. I will never be back.

  ordered 7 drinks and when they brought them out everyone of them was wrong, and continued to get them wrong after we told them. made a total of like 6 trips back and forth to the car. customer service was ok i guess. bad experience

  This night shift was AMAZING!! Great service, happy and hardworking staff, and the best mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had from a Sonic!!!! I hope that night crew gets raises, they deserve it 10/10 my new favorite Sonic!!
