  This store does not follow store policy. Wanting everyone to come thru drivethru before 10pm does not align with Sonic Policy.When I pulled up I also witnessed employees outside talking while the drive thru line was busy. Need better management and better employees.

  This is THE WORST sonic ive ever been to in my life, ive been here around 5 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here they mess up my order and are terribly slow.

  The lady at the drive thru window was not the friendly person and I was on the island for business. When I got home I realized she over charged me. Won't be visiting that location again. Disappointed because I travel all over a can always count on Sonic's service.

  Called my husband ma’am multiple times in the drive through for no reason, laughed when they were corrected. Then forgot all the sauces they charged us extra for and didn’t give us an order of tater tots we paid for and gave us the wrong size drink. When we asked for these things to be corrected she had an attitude with us and didn’t want to fix it. Eventually got it all fixed. I’d rather drive all the way across the island from now on. Absolutely terrible service.

  I went one time through the drive through one early morning and my coffee was made PERFECTLY and chastity at the window was the sweet my food was hot and fresh. I haven’t been there in years because of my last few experiences but now I’ve been back and few time since and they all have been 100% better whatever they are doing they NEED to KEEP doing!!!
