  Absolutely crap Pharmacy! Have no idea what they are doing. One person promises one thing and another will say something else. I was told to send a paper from my doctor because they needed it for the file was all and then they would approve and release my medicine. So I jumped through hoops to get it to them and when they finally had it they just said "no we aren't filling it". No regard for patients. Even admitted it had nothing to do with my health being at risk, but their own decision and it was final. Wasted days of my time when I needed the meds days prior. Don't know why they even asked for the paper to begin with just to be nosey I guess.

  Randall’s has been my go-to pharmacy for more than a decade, first the Midtown location on Louisiana Street and now the one in Galveston, located on Central City Blvd. And I have to say, the Galveston staff has impressed me even more than those of the former. Everyone is always exceptionally courteous, professionaI and kind. Service is always quick, and I always leave with everything I need. I especially appreciate Tierra — who has such a friendly, above-and-beyond helpful demeanor and five-star smile!!

  Nice selection of food however it's alot more expensive than the Kroger and Walmart on Galveston Island.

  The only store that stocks my husband's German Bratz in the deli so when Im on the island, I stop in. This trip, I was so hungry for lunch but was apathetic. They just had put up some fresh fried chicken and the lady hit me with that special. My expectations were low, but I crashed into it in my snooty car(the one you don't eat in) and crumbs were flying everywhere! It was so good, I couldn't stop! I took a few pieces home to the hubby and he was even impressed. So, it was worth every minute we had to sit at the detail shop that weekend and we now know where the amazing fried chicken for lunch is!

  This Galveston Randall's is literally THE WORST as far as delivery and shop for delivery services go. For the 5+ years I've been using this service I have NEVER had a good experience... and it's getting increasingly worse. Their drivers frequently dump our delivery bags randomly in our driveway. This time, in the middle of a hot day, they left multiple bags that included ice cream and $50 of fresh salmon melting on the concrete in the driveway of our home. The $50 salmon, BTW, was not by choice but because they sold me 4 lbs of salmon instead of the 2 lbs I ordered online. In addition, the 4 lb pkg of fresh salmon had broken open - likely because of how the bags were dropped (or thrown) on the concrete. Then, this afternoon, I ordered two 24oz containers of one of their house brand soups and asked for a similar item replacement if they were out of stock. They were out of stock (because their website does not stay up to date) and they DIDN'T BOTHER to replace it w anything. In addition, instead of the 3 lb roast I requested - they sent a 1.98 lb roast ... If I asked for a 3 lb roast - it's because I NEEDED A 3 LB ROAST!!!!!!!!! Now I'm stuck either not having enough food for the company I'm preparing dinner for .... or I have to place an additional order from Randall's and pay them ANOTHER delivery fee and driver tip. I 99% of the time do my online shopping in Galveston at Walmart, and for good reason. They ALWAYS get the orders right and their delivery drivers are prompt, polite and always bring the delivery right up to our front door. There are a few times when I need to place orders from Randall's but I'm done with them. This is ridiculous and, as I said, getting worse. It's obvious they don't care and don't have employees who care.
