  I do not recommend, be careful because you will be overcharged and they don’t care. We ordered a lot of appetizers to share and specialty drinks, two of them were excessively strong. One of the girls couldn’t drink it, but did not complain. As we’re getting ready to leave, I asked the waiter if the glasses were included in the price and he said yes, but he charged us for the glasses $5-5.50 each, we would not have taken them! We were celebrating a birthday and a bride to be, a bachelorette party, so we asked if we could have a volcano for them, instead he brought a massive volcano, it was too much for us to eat, and it was $19, were not expecting it to be that big or that expensive. So, lesson learned, ask them how much everything is before it is served to you if there’s no price. One of the girls paid the tab and didn’t check everything, she didn’t notice he charged for all the glasses and we didn’t complain about the cost of a volcano as it was a party, I contacted the restaurant with no response, then I submitted a complaint online and they said they would forward it to the manager at the restaurant and they closed the ticket, and he never responded. They don’t care because they’re making too much money. The prices are high, but you’re paying for the atmosphere of the animatronics that move every once in a while and make noise, and it has nice aquariums inside. It took us over 30 minutes to get our check.

  Excellent. I was not expecting the food to be this good. We came here for the novelty and experience; we heard this place had a water rafting ride inside the restaurant and just had to check it out. Since we were there and hadn’t eaten yet, we decided to try the menu. We were undecided on what to order but our server, Michael, suggested we try this new pasta dish that they were considering adding to the permanent menu. I chose that dish and was glad I did. It was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had and I’ve been to dozens of pasta restaurants. I was surprised at how good it was! The other items were ordered were good too, I get the feeling everything on the menu at this particular location is high quality. The atmosphere is really relaxing and unique, it makes you feel like you’re really in a rain forest (but without the mosquitoes and uncomfortable weather). The service was top notch too. Our server, Michael, was very helpful and professional. The manager (I can’t recall his name) even came out to check on us to inquire about how we liked the new pasta dish. Overall, my family and I are very pleased with the experience we had. Oh yeah, the water ride was pretty cool too.

  This is a place to go for the atmosphere! It is noisy, but you are in "the rainforest". Kids love it! All sorts of animatronic animals and a thunderstorm over head once in a while. We went on a Thursday, wasn't that busy. Our party of 9 were seated right away. You can also reserve a table online. Our waitress was nice and super helpful with our questions. Food was great! There was a guy walking around doing face paint, even some of the adults got face paint, but on their arms. He does it for tips. There's a gift shop and a mini boat ride as well! Definitely check it out!

  Michael is a fantastic server and checked in with us often to make sure our experience here is as top notch. Truly appreciated his suggestions, attention to detail, and overall commitment to my husband and I having a wonderful time dining at the Rainforest Cafe. In addition, the personal touch of the manager coming by and making delicious suggestions as well was greatly welcomed and truly made our date morning breakfast something we’re looking forward to doing again soon. Having a service experience like this guarantees we’ll be visiting more often. Thank you Michael for making our visit so memorable.

  We came to Rainforest Cafe to celebrate my son’s birthday, and we had such a wonderful experience! Peter was our server, and he was incredibly attentive and accommodating. We let him know that someone at our table had a food allergy, and he immediately took it seriously. He carefully noted the allergy information and even brought the chef to our table to discuss the details with us. The team went above and beyond to make sure the food was prepared safely and perfectly for us. We truly appreciated how much they cared about our allergy concerns. It gave us peace of mind and allowed us to relax and enjoy our meal without worrying. Thank you, Peter, and the Rainforest Cafe team, for making my son’s birthday celebration so special and for making us feel so welcome!
