  Newly renovated and nice location. Clean area and clean bathrooms. McDonald's corp has taken out self-serve soda machines, so you're stuck waiting on your drinks from the employees. This wouldn't be a big deal, but they always forget them.

  I came into this McDonald’s here and the way that the African-American manager treats her employees is outrageous. The way she speaks to them and talks to them and demands things instead of asking nicely is not right. She’s rude. Very disrespectful. I could never imagine being an employee and having a manager like that as a manager you’re supposed to treat your employees with respect and kindness. I would never come back to this McDonald’s again and watch a manager treat her employees the way that she did in front of me.

  They are under staffed, super busy and really slow. I ordered curbside, recieved a message it was otw about 10 minutes after and no one came so we waited over 30mins for a qtr pound cheeseburger.After waiting that long I finally got out and walked in to see why my order says it was delivered when we clearly didnt receive it yet and It was full of people waiting to order. The front girl at the counter totally ignored me,didnt know if i was ordering or had an order.She didn't bother to ask, she ran to the bathroom and stayed there for the time I was inside waiting. The only other employee I saw was the gentleman in a light Blue shirt. He barely looked at everyone waiting, never acknowledged then after about another 20 mins he finally called out some of the food that had been ready and sitting there since before I walked in. It was 1 hr and 3 mins by the time I got my sons burger and of course it was cold. So night shift is horrible. Go to 61st do not go here youll be wasting time,unless you like your food cold and not in a hurry

  I have placed an online order and waited in drive thru for 30 mins. Still no response, drove to the first window and a person showed up after 10mins mentioning we aren’t taking any orders, though it’s an online placed an hour ago we aren’t giving anything. Sorry was the response I got and window shut on my face. Very bad experience.

  Worst location,staff is unorganized,they ignore the people inside ordering.Noone working the front counter.Lots of customers lined up being ignored.Took a while for the order they called my order number without no drinks then i had to wait for another 10 minutes until someone came to the front counter to just hand drinks that were sitting there with melted ice.The lady seemed frustrated when asked to hand us our drinks she kinda grabbed the drinks rough and hurry up and gave them to us ..It was just overall worst location I ever been to
