  What I didn't care for was you HAD to use the automated ordering. I would much rather order from a person and for that main reason I won't go back to this particular McDonalds. Not to mention we had to wait for our drinking cups even after we received our food even then we had to go get them. We should have received them as we placed the order as all other restaurants do.

  quiero expresar mi inconformidad con el servicio de este restaurante McDonald’s. La atención fue muy mala, el personal fue poco amable y el servicio demasiado lento. Espero que puedan mejorar la atención al cliente para que otras personas no tengan la misma experiencia.

  Slow as can be, cussing in front of customers, place is dirtyty. No napkins. My food got cold before i could eat it because i had to wait 20 minutes for a drink. All the manager could do is yell for someone to make drinks and then treat me and the other customer in a really unprofessional way once we asked about our beverages

  All the tables are dirty, and the floor is disgusting. There is no hand sanitizer available—the dispenser is empty. I asked to have my table cleaned, but the guy just handed me some paper napkins and told me to do it myself. In short, the service is deplorable. Customers are actually forced to clean up after themselves because there are food scraps and sauce left on the tables. It’s a shame, because some of the people who work here are so professional (though they happened to be off today).

  I order on the app just about every time I or my kids want to eat at McDonald's. That's at least once a week, usually more. So many times there's no ice cream! It's either the machine is out of service, they've cleaned it already or they're out of the ice cream. This time it was at 8 pm on a Sunday. Out of service. The app only showed the shamrock shake and the Oreo shamrock McFlury being unavailable. So we ordered our shakes 😋 thinking it was going to be a nice ending to our day. But no, no shakes today. The location wasn't "that" busy. There seemed to be plenty help. They weren't scheduled to close for another 4 hours at midnight. Someone needs to order food appropriately. By now you should have figured out your par isn't enough and should increase it. The company you have repairing your machine has got to be making a killing off of McDonald's. That would be a good contract to have if you were in the business of repairing restaurant equipment and appliances. Then again, maybe McDonalds needs to look into who is repairing their equipment. They don't do a very good job. Or perhaps invest in a new machine. Summer is about to begin, that should at least get you through that season before it's out of service again. The food and drinks could be 4 or 5 stars if it's available. The staff could get 4 or 5 stars but when confronted about matching what I already paid for through the app with something else, they can sometimes get a little defensive. The atmosphere always turns cold and it gets quiet when a customer asks for the manager. If they weren't called upon, atmosphere could rate higher.
