  Rae'chel Breanne provided outstanding service! We visited on the busy July 4th holiday, and even with the dinner rush, she remained patient, friendly, and attentive. She took the time to explain the menu, specials, and different plate options, which made our first visit to Joe's much easier. She consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and I especially appreciated that she remembered to bring the little red crab tray that came with the kids' meal. It's the small details like that that make a big difference. Rae'chel truly made our first experience at Joe's memorable. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. Thank you for the exceptional service!

  Excelente ambiente, magnífica la atención de Reichel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience at Joe’s Crab Shack in Galveston! The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The waterfront atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. Everything from the food to the service exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Galveston. Highly recommend!

  Tonight | visited Joe's in Galveston with my friends. Our server Peyton was one of the best servers I've ever had. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of our every need. The food was good but the service made the experience. She also even convinced me to get a Landry's card but unfortunately they don't operate any restaurants in my home state of West Virginia. We often visit Galveston and will be back to Joe's thanks to Peyton!

  My experience at Joes Crab shack was one for the books. At first when my husband and I arrived to the good ole crab shack, the restaurant seemed to have lost our reservation. I’m not sure what happened but we were asked to either wait 30 more minutes or sit at the bar (and this was our first date night on our honeymoon). We explained our little disappointment with the bartender, Juan, and he quickly went above and beyond to make sure this was a great night for us. He sat us at a booth near the bar and tended to all our needs tonight. I am thankful for Juan at Joe’s Crab Shack for making our night memorable, enjoyable, and going above and beyond for us. The food was amazing and my belly and heart is full 🏖️🏖️🏖️

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a small misunderstanding at the beginning that caused us to wait longer than expected, but as soon as the staff realized what had happened, they handled everything so well. Everyone was incredibly apologetic and made sure we felt taken care of. Our server, Melissa, was wonderful attentive, kind, and professional throughout the entire experience. The managers also came over personally to apologize, which we really appreciated, and Manager Johnny even surprised us with a complimentary dessert, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The food was absolutely amazing and made the whole visit even better. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really stood out was how genuinely the team cared and turned the experience around. Overall, we left very happy and had a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back!
