  We had a great dinner here last night. Our waitress, Morgan, was super sweet and helpful, and she checked with us pretty regularly to see if we needed anything. The food was delicious all around, even the picky eater of my children finished her food. I had the OG Crab (the whole reason we came), and it did not disappoint. My husband had the shrimp & seafood ensemble: his favorite part was the coconut shrimp & mango chutney. Coming during the off season is the best time to come by far.

  I haven't eaten at Joe's Crab Shack in about 13 years or so back when they were by the cruise terminals. Though the menu has changed quite a bit the food is still good as well as the service. As silly as it sounds I'm also glad the restaurant is still as kitsch as ever although I do miss the steamer baskets and the Calamari only appetizer. That's what keeps them at 4 stars the menu is too reduced made it hard for my picky eaters in my family.

  We had a great experience at Joe’s Crab Shack! The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the overall atmosphere had such a fun, relaxed vibe. Our waiter, Oscar, was wonderful and really made our experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond—he even offered to help my husband crack his crab legs as it was his first time! 🦀 It was such a thoughtful gesture and definitely made us feel taken care of. We really enjoyed our meal and would absolutely come back again. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent service from Oscar!

  Had a great early dinner and the food was excellent , the took care of my wife cause she has a food allergy and they were very careful which was greatly appreciated .we had Maycol as are server and he was excellent as well although he was very busy he kept checking in on us we never felt forgotten. Will be coming back was really good

  Joe's Crab Shack is a great family-friendly seafood restaurant. I feel that you can always count on a good meal. The food is very flavorful. They have a wide variety to choose from. I seem to always leave satisfied. However, they're a bit overpriced to me. They have such a fun atmosphere. The music is always nice, and the service is always upbeat and friendly at this particular location. Whenever my family and I are feeling seafood, this is one of our go-to spots on the island.
