Took 35 minutes to make 4 sandwiches, which feels a little wild for a sandwich shop built around speed. And honestly, the wait wouldn’t have bothered me nearly as much if someone had just said “Sorry for the wait” or “Thanks for your patience!” Instead, I was told there were two orders ahead of mine when I walked in. Okayyy, but 35 minutes?! 😅 Giving 3 stars because I came for some quick sandwiches. Maybe we need to rethink the “freaky fast” slogan at this location. 🥪

She said I have online orders come in closer to 10. I said so I can order online and get it? She rolled her eyes and blew me off. Im sitting here ordering it. 🤷♀️ Maybe be more prepared. I dont know how many customers she told she didnt have bread for and they walked out. When in all actuality they also had wheat bread. Then they bitched because of the 4 wraps that are available we had them hold multiple items. Just wanted chicken and cheese on a tortilla and it was an act of congress.
