  Lillian was absolutely outstanding! We had a large group, and she told us we were her very first big top and you never would have known it. She was efficient, attentive, and gave us truly excellent service from beginning to end. She listened to us, connected with our family, and somehow managed to keep everything running smoothly while still making us feel like she genuinely cared. The food was excellent, but Lillian made the experience even better. And then, to top it all off, she took the most amazing pictures of our family! Not the usual rushed restaurant photos either…she actually cared and captured such a special memory for us. Lillian, you absolutely nailed your first big top! Fisherman’s Wharf is lucky to have you. We will definitely be back! ❤️

  Three of us went in for dinner. Jose was our waiter. He was great! Very friendly and attentive. We had to wait a bit for our food but not too long. He made what could've been a negative experience into a memorable one. He took time to chat with us a few moments and explained that it was taking extra time because they were training in the kitchen. Even talked to our son about the food industry; our son just working his first job in fast food. We talked a bit about where we were from also. The food was great and I have to say the bread pudding and explosion brownie were the "icing on the cake". The reason i gave 4 stars on the atmosphere is because we were sitting across from the kitchen which made it a bit warm. Overall fantastic experience! 5 stars for Jose!

  If I could give no stars I would. Just want to get my review out to those that looks like me. This place is not for us. I had high hopes to getting a seat outdoors at the table I was placed at. So I was happy to had been placed there, but to had been forgotten or not serviced like the others was more draining than the sun. My meal was brought out initially, Roman lettuce with what looked as tuna or crab meat. It was not what I asked for or was misunderstood. I then ordered with fried seafoo platter, no fries, no rice nothing but Romain lettuce and place the fried items with it. My food was delivered with a back no face. No one ever came back to ask me did I need anything. I needed plasticware, silverware were dirty. I sat there peacefully waiting. Then I decided to wash silverware with lime water I had at my table. I became weak after the taste of the stuffed whatever it was. Didn't take another bite... I laid my head down drained from sun and the energy from the people around me. I just wanted a check at this time. No one came for me. I eyed the waiter down as he eyed me. He never came after seeing me looking at him. I laid my head back down again. I lifted head up and seen the laughing staff looking my way. No one came over. I was really drained now,no energy to scream. The manager was no help other than getting my correct order out to me. She also stared me. Eventually waiter comes to table... I lift me head and asked for Togo box and bill please. He took my food from table and left to box it. At this time I knew I didn't want it back, just the check. I laid my head down as I waited. He brought check I laid it down along with my head for a few minutes. Completed my receipt then laid back down. Got up stumbling into building entrance was fresh air and a counter/the bar. I sat there to breathe and lay my head down. No one addressed me. When I got the strength to ask where is the bathroom I did and walked that direction stumbling. Before I left manager offered water. I did not take it. I sat in restroom for a few for the coolness and away from what was draining me. Once I heard one toilet was broke, I got a feeling others are waiting to get up. I made it to sink and heard the ladies talk to their children as if I was a bad person and they were alarmed of me. I washed my face and hands and felt a little better. Walking out approached by police and manager asking them which woman is it? I told them I am her and I come in peace. They asked to escort me out. I went and was approached by 4 or 5 officers and ems. I had to explain thos story and was asked many questions... do I know my name, do I know what month and year it is, do I know who the president it, "you are trumping me around" was my response everyone laughed but that was how I was feeling. I did not take the food paid for it but couldn't accept it as tangible for me at this time. I will never visit here again. Just wanted to sit at summy table, journal, and heal...drove from Houston just to do just that. I was not drunk or anything lime water was my drink.

  I visited today around 3:00 p.m. Overall, our server was wonderful and provided great service, so this review is not about her. While I was in the restroom helping my sister change her baby, another server rushed in and accidentally hit both me and my niece with the restroom door. She did apologize, and I appreciated that. However, what happened afterward was completely unprofessional. A second server came into the restroom while I was in the stall and the two of them started laughing about the situation while I was still there. After I finished using the restroom and was washing my hands, the first server came out of a stall, rolled her eyes at me, and walked out without washing her hands. Watching someone who was serving guests leave the restroom without washing her hands was honestly disgusting. Again, our actual server was excellent, but the behavior of these two employees was rude, immature, and unhygienic. It really took away from what otherwise could have been a good dining experience.

  Unfortunately our first visit here will be our last. We ordered the Shrimp Kisses, which weren't bad. But not an appetizer worth $18.00. The bread served was not fresh and crispy either as an appetizer. The majority of the menu is exceptionally over priced with it mostly having your average seafood options. In regards to portion sizes, they'll make sure to give you plenty of fries but skimp on the actual piece of seafood. For example, we ordered a fisherman's platter which had a very small cut of fish & a small container of coleslaw. Not worth the $38.00 for mainly shrimp being in that dish. In regards to service, our waiter did not get us any water until we asked once our main dishes came. They didn't even grab the menus off the table, we had to wave him down to grab them. We also ordered two alcoholic drinks. One was filled with so much ice it seemed the bartender gave us half a drink. And our frozen beverage tasted as if it only had a mixer in it, no alcohol. Overall this restaurant looks beautiful on the outside, has beautiful scenery. The food is incredibly overpriced, bland & boring. For two drinks, one appetizer & two main dishes we spent over $100.00. For a party of two.
