  Service: non-existent. Food: how do you make hot wings with gluten? Unreal that you can't even adjust your cooking to make some chicken wings (which are not breaded) without gluten. Not willing to accommodate. This is your run of the mill suck-it-up and fit-in or get out joint. Won't be back and I'd steer anyone with food allergies of any kind far away.

  We had a fantastic experience at Brick House Tavern + Tap in Galveston tonight. The service really stood out—our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. You can tell they genuinely care about giving guests a great experience. I also want to recognize the female manager on duty tonight. She was professional, welcoming, and clearly involved in making sure everything ran smoothly. It’s always great to see management so engaged and supportive of both the staff and customers. Overall, excellent service all around—we’ll definitely be back!

  We used to love it in here but this time we came at around 9pm and after 20min looking at the menu our server told us they had no burgers, so we ordered 2 ribs and a Philly, after other 15 mins she came saying they were out of ribs, and then another server said they only had one, so we got our meals at 10pm, no silverware, the food was okay (very small ribs for 28 bucks), on our way out we saw that another table they did have burgers. The restaurant was not busy at all. Jeremy was our server

  Beware of junebugs in your beer!!!!! Manager tries to blame you for this after not getting service outside for 15 minutes. Move inside and get bugs in your beer!!!!! What happened to reading shut up and listen and unreasonable hospitality. Landry's going down hill y'all!! Do not take your family here! Managers and bartenders should be let go at this place. Ate here on 5/3/26. Do not take anyone here. This was the most embarrassing dinner for My family that drove 12 hours.
