The staff was incredibly patient and kind as we asked questions and sampled different flavors. It was the perfect way to top off our dinner, and we'll definitely be back! If you’re in Galveston you’ll have to stop by!

- BDBailey DentJun 28, 20262.0just went in while on vacation because ben & jerrys has so many GF options in stores. went inside, and they were slightly busy, but as someone who has Celiac, i wanted to ensure i was safe. i asked for a GF menu to see what i could eat & the girl behind the counter, a short hispanic girl, rolled her eyes that our group wasn’t ready to order and spoke to a coworker and said “they’re taking so long”. which is extremely rude, as someone with an allergy it takes longer to order and some good customer service goes a long way. we ended up leaving because she kept rolling her eyes and speaking poorly on the customers in the store. definitely don’t recommend for anyone in galveston wanting a good icecream.
