It will be hard to put this into words the amount of gratitude I have toward this specific subway. I always use this location because their customer service is impeccable! They are very helpful and kind.
Now, I will say I will not order delivery from there anymore because door dash is who delivers and for them and some reason I never get my order. BUT THAT IS NOT SUBWAYS FAULT!!!!
Here is what happened. I ordered delivery for my my order. 30 mins went by and no delivery. I called up to the store and Aiden answered. He let me know door dash had picked up my order and was on their way, that if I needed anything else to call. I waited 30 more minutes, no food. I called again, Aiden verified everything and told me the delivery driver was with door dash. After googling I finally found the door dash customer service. Door dash told me it was subways problem and if I wanted a refund I would need to talk with the subway I ordered it from. Cool, called subway back, Aiden said his manager was on his way in to deal with the situation that I could call back in about 5 mins and he should be there. The whole time Aiden was very professional, understanding, and reassuring. I gave it 5 mins and decided that I would drive over and just see what, if anything, the manager could do seeing as this was not his problem. I do not remember the managers name, but he was absolutely wonderful! I cannot thank him enough. He came in, not at his scheduled time, from his home, from his family, to deal with this issue! Sir, I am so sorry I didn’t get your name but thank you! I do realize you did not have to do that and I am extremely appreciative to you and your family for sacrificing your time to deal with something that was not even subways problem. He went above and beyond! He called door dash, took care of everything, and made it right! I am very greatful to him for taking my problem, making it our problem, and fixing it! Those two men in that store deserve praise and a raise! They both kept it professional and handled my clearly upset/distressed demeanor with understanding and dignity all while dealing with customers! Thank you guys!!!!
