  Today Heather was amazing!!! I walked to Sonic to get something for lunch around 12 noon and all I brought with me was my phone and card. But the cell service sucks out here and I wasn't able to get my card unlocked. I tried and tried, but Heather took care of my other for me today. She did not have to do that. I told her I will be back to pay her back by this weekend. Heather thank you so much

  Crying 4-year-old. You forgot the toy in a Wacky Pack, so I got to listen to a meltdown for 30 miles. That was the last straw. After four visits, this is easily the slowest drive-in I’ve experienced in Texas. Long waits, missing items, and—most frustrating of all—not one order has been correct. Not once. That’s not bad luck, that’s a pattern. This last visit summed it up perfectly. We waited, checked the order, and still drove off missing items. Basic accuracy shouldn’t be this hard. Speed and correctness are literally the core of this business model, and this location fails at both. At some point, it stops being “things happen” and starts being poor management and lack of accountability. There are too many other options to keep wasting time here. We’re done.
