  Coffee was good but crew was a little rude. We did not scoot forward out of respect for the walkway the crew was using to walk to other vehicle. Crew was staring at us and we did not receive good service. Very sad because it was our first time at this location together.

  I’ve been sitting in line for over 45 minutes waiting on just two drinks and all they keep doing is just going to the first row, handing them out their drinks and not coming to the second lane to hand us our drinks and we still have been waiting while six cars that were here way behind us have already been able to get their drinks

  Coffee is okay, drinks are very inconsistent. My issue is that the manager of this stand is showing minors sexually explicit content and videos, while corporate is doing nothing. This is disgusting, deplorable, and illegal. The fact that the company is protecting her, is even more disrespectful to the parents of those minors who were forced to see her grotesque sexual content. 👎🏽

  Me and my 2 friends visited the Gainesville TX location for the free squishy for 2 large or medium drinks. The source of my complaint is that we waited 2 hours and all ordered large drinks 6 in total. One of my drinks was Made incorrectly, as well as after ordering we asked for our promo reward and were informed they were completely out. This leases me to my second complaint. I noticed one of the employees walking to a parked car with 3 people and handed them 4-5 promo items. This car was not in line. I also noticed the car ahead of us got 3 but they only ordered kids drinks.

  The employees are so sweet with what they can do. I come almost every morning before work and they are almost always busy. It’s a shame they are worked to the brim. I have seen the same girls every morning and they are looking more tired each shift. I’m not sure who their manager is but they need to hire more employees and treat them better. I have talked to a few girls when they are lane and they seem so stressed and burnt out. They are working with safety hazards, are out in the cold/heat and rain, they are always working their butts off and still can’t seem to catch a break. Shame on this company for treating their employees like tools and treating them like robots.
