  Slowest service ever. I was there for 20 minutes trying to get a bag of Sonic ice cream and no one even took my order.

  I went at 10:20pm (location closes at 11pm) and was told they were not taking any more orders because they had to “catch up and clean up”, however, they took the order of the car directly in front of me in the drive-through. This location is consistently extremely slow with poorly made food and drinks and has been this way for years.

  They gave my husband the run-around at the drive through, including initially handing him the wrong order, then they asked him to park off to the side while the ice cream machine warms up just to tell him over 30 minutes later the machine wasn’t working after all. He waited over an hour total for a mobile order that should’ve been ready when he arrived and left empty handed. Complete waste of time and terrible customer service.

  I visited this Sonic location last night, and it appeared to be staffed by just one young lady. Despite handling everything on her own, she managed the situation seamlessly with an extremely positive attitude. You could hardly tell how much pressure she was under while taking orders, preparing meals, and delivering them to waiting customers. Her professionalism, efficiency, and customer service were truly impressive. She absolutely deserves recognition and a great bonus for the outstanding job she did.
