  How the hell are all of the intercoms broken?! Staff having family reunion in the parking lot. Sat and waited TEN MINUTES at the drive through. This place needs to be shut DOWN! This is not the only place I’m gonna place a complaint.

  I ordered my lunch using the app, the payment went through however the store didn’t receive it, I showed the employees the proof that my money was taken and at this location and they still didn’t accommodate me or reimburse me. Employees were very rude as well. With that being said I ended up not having lunch and wasn’t going to spend more money when my money wasn’t reimbursed the first time

  Horrible service. Multiple stations not working. Had to drive around several times as drive thru attempts also didn’t work because I could not get a response. We finally ordered and the ice cream machine apparently broke down on one of the four shakes (which we detected given horrible tasting shake). Instead of being able to refund one of the shakes or the order given the mishap, they told me I had to return the shakes I had already given to my kids. I had to return the whole order to be able to process the refund for the order as they said they needed to take a picture of it. My kid didn’t want anything else from the menu in place of the shake because we were only looking for a shake not a hamburger or other food. I will not be back. Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this Sonic. My kids have never had this happen in any other fast food we have gone to where you have to return the items you are already eating to process a refund from a store-related issue with an order.

  Been to this location 3-4 times in the last couple months. Never have gotten food, never have even gotten someone to take my order. The drive thru nobody responds, go to a stall and press a button…you sit and wait. You can see people in the store working….not sure if they need to just hire more people or get new management. I’ve never seen anything like this. Customers leaving left and right because nobody even takes their orders. Rather embarrassing.
