  May 16, 2026 Business associate & I went for lunch 5/16/2026 to Fulshear location. Had a GREAT server- Melanie. With her help and suggestion ordered the grilled shrimp & pasta but, with a marinara sauce, since I don't eat dairy. Really good stuff. Suggest Saltgrass add to menu. Call it "Melanie Marinara" The topping did not overpower the grilled shrimp flavor as was not typical tomato sauce. One final comment, entire staff was helpful and polite.

  From some of the higher end Landrys restaurants to some of the more casual locations, this Fulshaer location had the best service! This was a quick spontaneous stop on the way home from a busy day. The Pineapple Margarita was delicious and definitely the way to start dinner. Service from Mercedes (a waitress at a different table) who asked if my son needed a refill and (on a separate occasion) if we needed extra chips for our queso, felt like the extra mile. By the way, that queso is a new favorite. Our waitress, Alyssa B was able to really cater to us and hold conversation as she boxed our food and made sure we were taken care of without making us feel rushed and even got us to order the carrot cake guilt-free. It's also a new favorite. We typically don't eat at Saltgrass as we haven't ever had this quality of service and our food has always been, meh. Today this location gave us a new spot to come to. It didnt stop there, on the way out other employees thanked us but a young man with an afro stood out as he wished us a blessed day. Their manager is doing great. As I said we have been to many Landrys locations in California, Louisiana, Florida and Texas but this one is hands down the best!

  Just wanted to give a shout out to Melanie our server for our Mother's Day Lunch. We decided at the last minute to head to Fulshear Saltgrass location and see if we could get in at last minute for a party of 4 1/2 and they were taking walk ins. Wait time was minimal and we were seated in the back part of the restaurant and greeted by our lovely server Melanie. One of our party was not there and Melanie was so kind to take our drink orders and let us know it was no hurry to wait on the other family member that was coming. I know the location was very busy that day and we felt like we weren't rushed and that we could comfortably visit with our family members and enjoy lunch. Melanie always came by to check on us and see if we needed anything and top off our drinks if needed. Thank you Melanie for a great Mother's Day lunch service and we will always be back to visit the Fulshear location. Your kindness and service did not go unnoticed !! Thank you

  If I could give 10 stars I would! The manager Wes, our servers, Malory and Daniel, were absolutely amazing! I am a symptomatic celiac and am extremely sensitive to cross contamination. I alerted Daniel and he immediately notified Malory and Wes. Wes personally came to the table to discuss my order, walked me through every detail, and was extremely knowledgeable about cross contamination. He personally prepared my entire meal! He opened a fresh bag of salad, used a separate ranch dressing, and cooked my steak in a separate skillet to avoid cross contamination, and then personally brought out my food! WOW! I am so grateful! Can’t wait to dine with them again!

  I would like to bring it up to somebody’s attention my grandson and I went to go eat there today and a girl asked how many we said 2 . She escorted us straight to the bar area(( mind you, I was with my grandson, not a perfect place to be seated with a minor)) to the high tables to where we sat on stools with no back to support our back number one I’m a chemo patient and I’ve gone through surgery after surgery and sat us right under the TV where the air condition turns on and it hit me right there. I was very uncomfortable. She Didn’t even ask if we care to sit in that area or if we care to sit on a stool that has no back support for us to be able to sit down comfortable and enjoy our dinner. This was very upsetting. I have been a Landry special guest since 2014 and I continue to keep going to saltgrass and all the Landry but this just kind of drew the line where the girl that sat down didn’t care how we sat, where we sat and how comfortable we were… I am so upset…. I have had better service and caring people!!!! And of course, I didn’t say anything to the waitress because it’s not the waitresses fault.. But I hope somebody will get back to me on this matter.
