  Chris was fantastic and very sharp. It was our first time here, and she completely understood what we were looking for. We really loved the atmosphere and the singer—the vibe was amazing. The food was excellent, too. We’ll definitely be coming back often! 👍👍👍

  Great food and great service. I have to be gluten free and the manger made sure everything was gluten free.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the pleasure of celebrating our anniversary here, and our waiter Chris, truly made the evening unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. Every recommendation was excellent, and he made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. The highlight of the evening was when he surprised us with a personalized anniversary card. It was such a thoughtful gesture that meant so much to us and turned a wonderful dinner into a memory we’ll always cherish. Exceptional service like this is rare, and he is a true asset to the restaurant!!

  Rattlers were AWFUL!!! They are not the same!!! They had a mini shrimp in each that I had to search for. I felt ROBBED! The waiter was more interested in getting me to sign up for rewards program than getting me what I needed like silverware, napkins etc. I won’t return!!!

  We live in the Fulshear area and have eaten at this Saltgrass plenty of times, but after tonight, that may be changing. We got seated and sat there for about 10 minutes with not a single server stopping by, saying hello, offering drinks, nothing. Then a guy got seated next to us and ended up waiting just as long. After another 10 minutes or so, he finally got tired of waiting and went looking for someone. A server eventually came over, took HIS order, then looked directly at our table, paused, and walked off like we didn't even exist. At that point we waited another few minutes just to see if maybe someone would finally come over. Nope. Over 20 minutes sitting at a table and not one person acknowledged us. Not a server, not a manager, nobody. We weren't asking for special treatment, just basic service at a restaurant. Needless to say, we got up and left and went to Texas Roadhouse, where they actually seemed interested in having customers. It's pretty bad when loyal customers walk out before even getting a drink because they're completely ignored. The only reason this review gets one star is because zero isn't an option. Looks like we'll be finding a new Friday night dinner spot. Do better.
