  The downtown Fulshear, TX location has issues. I ordered 3 pizzas and it turned into a mess. One was fine, but the other two were completely unacceptable—especially the cheese pizzas. The oven belt is clearly running too slow because both came out burnt, dry, and overcooked to the point they like cardboard. They even pushed a finger into them and their fingers came out dry (one would expect grease.) What’s worse is they remade it and somehow made it even worse the second time. Only on the third attempt did they manually pull it early, which tells me they know there’s an issue but aren’t fixing it. On top of that, they couldn’t even tell the difference between a pan pizza and a regular one. It’s honestly frustrating that no one recognized how bad the pizzas looked before handing them out. This wasn’t a small mistake—this was repeated poor quality and lack of basic attention. Would not recommend going here unless you’re okay with burnt, dried-out pizza and having to ask multiple times just to get something edible.

  Honestly, I’m really wondering whether the pizza I received was actually a reject that was warmed back up after they threw on some of my requested pineapple. It had that re-warmed look to it, was barely warm and extremely thin in spots. We switched to ordering at this location because it was a tiny bit closer, but we’ll probably go back to ordering from the Spring Green location.

  Do yourself a favor and order Papa John’s from the Katy location.. I have tried this location 3 times, and every time is disappointment. I ordered the Shaqaroni with extra cheese, but there was barely any cheese and the pizza was burnt.

  Pizza showed up ten mins late and was room temperature. To make things worse I ordered a Shaq-a-roni which is extra cheee and extra pepperoni. As you can see in this picture this is just a regular pepperoni pizza. Additionally I always order well done pizza and only once out of 10 times has it been well done e
