  Everything is okay but the super thin brown bag. Got two burgers and small fries. The bag is greasy as always. It literally broke from the bottom when we got home. Make my car a total mess and waste 7 dollars of fries.

  Arrived 2:30 pm on Mon., 04/20/26, my first visit to Five Guys. Restaurant is clean, peanuts sitting in large bins where one can help themselves. Ordered their $13.99 special where you can add almost anything without additional charge. Ordered a single patty cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, green pepper, and onions. The staff is very friendly. Loved being able to watch my food being made. Appears that everything is prepared fresh including the fries. The very loud grunge music was a distraction and I definitely couldn’t relax. Why do restaurants think we need the music so loud?? So head banging?? When my order was ready, I dug into the fries first to eat while hot. The fries are very good with the skins on and they dump extra fries in the bag ✅ While I thought the burger would be the star attraction, I was wrong. Granted, it was fresh, but the amount of extras they put on the burger are so minimal that the flavor explosion I was expecting wasn’t there. I only tasted mushrooms once and when I inspected my burger, the thinnest slices of sparse bell pepper were there and the onions were missing entirely. I had repeated the extras twice to the order taker. I checked my receipt and onions were missing. I went ahead and ate it the way it was because I didn’t wish to wait longer for onions. That’s a simple order for only one person. Bathroom was clean. Overall, I felt the price was too high for the combo and especially since the added ingredients were so sparse. Good concept, but a miss. I can go to Portillo’s and get an excellent burger for $6.89, the music won’t be blaring like I’m at a concert, and I can actually enjoy my food. Heard good things about Five Guys, but not good enough for $13.99. The burger was fresh, but the flavors were missing, the add ons sparse and one ingredient MIA. Sigh.

  I really enjoy the burger and shake here. Best fast food style burger by far.

  Five guys haven’t changed the taste in 10 years. A good American-style burger. This location is great
