  Frugal owner has this place severely understaffed and undertrained - frequently takes a very long time to get simple orders and they mess up a lot

  I’ve never had Duncan’s drinks before and I had high hopes but when I took my first sip from the matcha latte I was given I had to take another because the flavor was not there. I’ve never had such a watered down drink before. The color of my drink was little to barely green- not how matcha is supposed to be. I understand it’s a latte and there’s milk, but honestly it just tasted like I ordered some milk to go. Worst matcha I’ve ever had.

  I really had high expectations for this Dunkin, but every visit seems to get worse. My drinks are rarely made correctly, the food is often undercooked, and the glazed donuts barely have any glaze. I’ve given this location several chances, but I’m very disappointed with the consistency and quality.

  This dunkin lost my daily business when they decided to put cones in their mobile pick up line blocking off traffic from skipping the drive thru window. So now u have to sit in the line of however many cars even when u do a mobile pick up just to tell them at the drive thru u did a mobile pick up after waiting behind 6-8 orders. Waste of time when the mobile pick up line was supposed to be faster. Now it makes no difference. So I took my business elsewhere.
