  I placed a mobile order for donuts and pulled up to the drive-thru to pick it up. When I arrived, the staff informed me that they do not have donuts. They just closed the window without further explanations on refunds.

  We waited a long time to order at the drive thru she was rude and waited some time to get just 2 iced coffees

  Drive thru only location. Donuts had no flavor to me which is not what I remember about the company but it had been probably 15 years since I had Duncan. Will give it another try at some point in case it was a bad day.

  This place is horrible, i should have read the reviews but i thought since it was a big name it would be ok, well i was horribly wrong. I didnt get the donuts i asked for, which is an availability issue so ok, but i ordered a wrap and there was no egg, the tortilla was hard, my drink had no strawberry cold foam or they just dont know how to make it, starbucks would never. I feel like they stole from me, it is that bad. They should be ashamed of the product they gave. I would have never sent this out of the kitchen if i worked there. I am a reasonable person so if im saying this please take dont go to this location or you'll loose your money too, im going to try a local place instead of a chain, service is usually better and they take pride in their business and the quality!!

  We waited over 20 minutes, received the wrong coffee, and then realized they gave our food to the wrong person. The cashier was nice but that doesn't make up for the wait and disorganization.
