  Ordered at the walk-up window. It was easy, quick, and the staff was respectful and helpful. We ordered a medium hot coffee, a medium iced chai and 2 sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches, one on sourdough and the other on croissant that costs about $20 with tax. Love the atmosphere and definitely will be coming again!

  Terrible experience in the drive through. Placed order and then waited over 15 minutes for food and coffee. My cold brew didn't have cream that I asked for. My avocado toast wasn't toasted and did not have bacon that I ordered. They have me a bagel with bacon and cheese instead of the sausage and egg wrap I ordered

  I have never had doughnuts this awful. How does even the glazed doughnut taste bad? Everything has no flavor. I got an old fashioned and tasted like nothing. The glazed hardly even had glaze. Someone there doesn’t know how to make doughnuts. Dinkins quality continues to go down.

  Ordered a drink through the app ahead of time but when I got there, my daughter wanted something. They tell me they can’t take my order at the drive thru because they have too many cars. There’s no walk in at this location. Plus had to wait several cars behind others that were having their orders taken.
