- MSMira Schmidt3 days ago1.0Yet again I come thru drive through and no one’s in the drive and I’ve been out on hold for 4 minutes then I have to have my husband SCREAM not once not twice but 5 times A PLAIN BAGEL WITH EXTRA CREAM CHEESE TOASTED. And they still screwed that up. I only stopped at this location because we just got out of the ER across the street and I’m reminded why we don’t ever stop here and go to the location closer to home. This location is incompetent and takes 15 minutes to make one bagel while completely empty no one but us in drive no one inside but 7 workers.

The cheese was wrong and the bagel and eggs tasted like they’d been sitting out for at least 15 mins and reheated prior to being used. Also, the small vanilla cold brew no longer had resemblance of any coffee flavor whatsoever. It just tastes like a sugary mess.

Ordered a dozen sesame bagels and they gave me a dozen asiago. Forgot the cream cheese. And this was after waiting in drive thru line for 20 minutes.

I drove up to the drive thru and there were only 2 cars ahead of me but the service was super slow and had to wait 15-20 minutes. Worst part, when I reached the window, they said they don’t have my order. Literally wasted my time for nothing. No apologies, no sincerity, worst service.
