Every time I try to place an online order, my payment goes through, but when I arrive to pick up my food, they tell me they never received the order. One of the managers even admitted they've had many complaints about their online ordering system but still don't have a solution. Instead, they expect customers to either pay for the food again and wait for a reimbursement or hope the original charge "falls off." Otherwise, they tell you to call customer service and figure it out yourself. I'm beyond frustrated with this location. I'd rather drive farther to a different Chipotle than waste my time coming here only to find out my order doesn't exist. On top of that, the customer service is disappointing. I've been met with eye-rolling, laughed at, and treated like I was lying, even when I had proof that my order and payment went through. This experience has been unacceptable, and I won't be returning to this location.
