  Walked in hostess gave us a dirty table that wasn't wiped down we moved to another table no one ever came to our table to ask us what we wanted to drink everyone was just by passing us when we said something to the hostess she acted like she didn't care and got noone to assist us terrible and poor customer service.... They weren't even that busy to not come to our table never coming here again

  It’s such a cool place but the service is terrible portions aren’t worth the price. Everything taste manufactured and fake. Long waits for pickup and dining

  The queso and sampler were really good especially the sliders that were part of the sampler. The skillet cookie was also the best one I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I had wings and the spice on them was really good while also having a good flavor to them and not being overpowered by the spice (I just wish they were had a bit more of the sauce for my liking). The service was amazing. Our waitress Britney was a very sweet lady that was on top of everything brining us what we needed without us even having to ask for it.

  We had a party of 11 and the service was truly outstanding. Brooke, our waitress, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—from keeping drinks refilled to helping us order exactly what we wanted, and even suggesting great alternatives that better fit our needs. She also made sure we had everything set up for a birthday cake, which we really appreciated. Robin was also amazing and made the checkout process smooth and stress-free for our large group. While the food wasn’t my favorite, the level of customer service we received would absolutely bring me back.

  Went to BWW to pick up my order that I placed online just to be told that someone had stolen my food from the order pickup area . & JUST for a manager not to correct the issue . Only was offered a refund that couldn’t be refunded to Me right away (because the manager Johnathan that was working night shift at the time didn’t know how to process refunds) but instead lied to me as if he’s already shut the register down for the night although the restaurant was full of people . So I went home with nothing ! No food , not an offer to make more food FOR FREE ! Just my refund back that would be processed back to be in 4-5 days is what I was told ! I left very disappointed & I spend good money here all the time but never again after this situation.
