This is my favorite whataburger in this side of texas. The staff has always been friendly to me. And the other night I came to get a honey butter chicken biscuit and BABY it was so fresh and good. The biscuit was so light moist and fluffy! I’m coming back tonight. They have never let me down! Last time i came before this was about a year ago. And i live downtown Frisco. Could have stopped by 3 different whataburgers but live them so much!
Literally got the whole order wrong, everything was wrong, no biscuits for the biscuits and gravy, our ranch and pepper sauce we ordered as well. This is one of the worst whataburger establishments I’ve ever been to, I recommend not wasting your time and go to the one that’s on crossroads.
Very bad experience. I ordered 2 combos and 1 burger at 5 pm, and one burger is missing in my order. I was busy and didn’t realize until 9 pm. When I come back to ask for the missing item, they refuse to fill it or refund it. The reason is that I found it too late. They don’t care about the customers at all. I’ve never seen a manager so arrogant and rude, with absolutely no remorse for their mistakes.

I visited this location on June 17 at approximately 11:40 PM. My order consisted of a large Strawberry Fanta, a large Root Beer, and a large order of fries.
While in the drive-thru, I noticed another customer appeared upset and drove away before completing their visit. When I reached the payment window, the employee who took my payment seemed to have an attitude. Despite this, I remained polite because I understand how challenging customer service can be. I even wished her a good morning and told her not to work too hard.
After leaving and almost making it home, I realized there was an issue with one of my drinks. I had to turn around and drive back to have it corrected. When I arrived, the speaker box was not being answered, so I sent my younger brother inside. According to him, an employee told him he needed to make the drink himself and spoke to him with an attitude. I was very disappointed to hear that an employee would speak to a customer that way.
The following day, June 18, I returned to speak with a manager and place another order. The manager seemed understanding and assured me that he would address the situation with the employees involved. He also indicated that the issue with the drinks would be taken care of. However, when I placed my order, I was still charged for the drinks. I understand paying for the food I ordered, but I do not believe I should have been charged again for drinks that were incorrect the previous night.
Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Between the poor attitudes, the way my brother was treated, and the lack of follow-through regarding the resolution, I do not plan on returning to this location.

Every single time I come to this place the service is always slow and there’s never anybody in the front. Thanks to Joan i believe is her name she helps me every single time i come in. The manager (a white male/wears glasses) is always angry with customers & staff. Me & multiple people have watched him cuss, throw things around, punch things in the back. He is not a delightful person at all. Tonight specially, i heard him talking down on his employees, not only out in the open for customers to hear, but getting other staff members in on his rude & inappropriate behavior/remarks.
