  Visited the drive thru and Maddie took our order. There was a little confusion about a menu item but she got it all figured out and kept a great attitude and smile the whole time. These are the team members you want to keep around for sure. Thanks Maddie!

  Man, do not go here in the mornings I came just for a Quick honey biscuit chicken slider ended up waiting 20 minutes just to get one in the drive-through that said that people don’t get basic skills in fast food anymore😂😂

  My 2 favorite places right next to each other, HEB & Whataburger! Every time I go grocery shopping, I hit up this Whataburger and it NEVER disappoints. The food is always fresh, the people are super nice, and it has been getting faster and faster since opening.

  This is the second time we’ve had an issue with our order, and it’s very disappointing\. We ordered a meal that came with fries, but my husband’s meal was missing them, so he had to go inside to get them\. Then, when we got home, I realized my chicken was missing the buffalo sauce. I really love Whataburger’s buffalo sauce, and it’s the main reason I always order the chicken there.Since the sauce was missing, I ended up having to use Louisiana hot sauce instead, which honestly ruined the excitement of enjoying my meal because it’s just not the same. It’s frustrating to pay for your food and still have to deal with missing items.The workers really need to do a better job checking orders before handing them out. This has happened twice now, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the service. Customers should be able to enjoy their meals without having to deal with these repeated mistakes.

  Not sure what these views are on about, this is probably one of the best whataburgers in frisco! Ordered at the register last night after work and I only waited like 5 minutes! Abraham was the one who took my order and I think he was a manager. He was very nice and helped me with my rewards app so I could scan for points. Really showed what a manager should be like!
