Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Waited for someone to take my order and no one. I had to order on the kiosk never again will I come here. I tried them when they first opened the got my order wrong. I gave them another chance came back another day and again got it wrong. There is no kind of customer service here

I waited 45 minutes in the the curbside pickup and when I ask to get a refund from a manager, the manager never came up to me to help or said im sorry for the order. He just started frustrated with the workers. Also said I don't have the cash to give him so here's a gift card to the worker. Because I wanted a refund on my card but I couldn't get that. Because the manager didn't out come up to me.

Don't overlook the bad reviews here as they are very accurate. You will wait in line as long as it takes to get your food at a sit-down restaurant, or longer. Attitudes are terrible and people walking around like they are in no hurry to get anywhere. This location is unfortunately very poorly managed and it shows in the employees' attitudes as well as the service.

Weird when 5 cars that arrived after us were able to place and order but we can wait for over 15 minutes, ask for help and still not receive it. Called into the restaurant to be told I was wrong and what I just experienced didn’t happen to me. Love the gaslighting, Whataburger must teach this to their teams as a form of conflict resolution.

They gave us our food missing food, than realized they missed half our order and basically don’t want to give us our order and asked if we wanted to get something else. They need help
