  I love whataburger, but just not this location. I was excited about getting a new location close to me but it has been a constant disappointment. I’ve given them extra chances just to have more issues. Each time I go here I have to constantly check my order, and recheck it after each remake to ensure the order is correct. I have also been completely forgotten about to have my order skipped on 2 occasions. I have spoken to different managers and the GM of the location about the issues, but they continue to happen. At this point there is an underlying issue that must be addressed with this whataburger to ever get better.

  Came out of the restroom stall to one of the younger male staff pissing in the sink, the urinal was free. Disgusting, will not come back. Beware washing your hands here.

  6people working but order is still not coming out waited fr 30 minutes and came back with out food ( I think food is preparing fr staff friends it’s taking to cars )if I ask for my food they smiling but no answer .

  I ordered burger and they brought it to me and the burger was falling apart, and I took it to the counter so they can replace it for me and then they took it back and the dude that was making the food. They start cussing and I just Cancel my order because I don’t trust you. You guys need to stop hiring this type of people

  This is by far the worst whataburger location i have seen. They give burnt food, workers are talking about movies and not preparing food on time. It is not a problem with training, this location is run by people who don’t care about customers or food. It took 3 employers 30 minutes to make 1 burger at 3.30 am in the morning when there are no other customers. they were chatting, food got charred. I think whataburger opened this location to provide bad service as it has been this way for a long time now and its getting worse at this location and whataburger seems to not care about customer feedback or google reviews too as nothing has changed and employees seem to be not working at this place. 30 mins to make a burger that turned out charred and burnt.
