Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
I love whataburger but after many chances at this location, I wont go back. Food often cold even though they take forever. Typically not correct order.

Wonderful surprise! The nicest location we've ever experienced. The manager (Chris?) goes incredibly above and beyond for customers. Thoughtful and friendly!
We went out of our way to to go this location and are glad we did. Thank you!

I used to be a manager at Whataburger, so I’m well aware of the standards that are set for a successful shift, and unfortunately this location is lacking. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes for a single Justaburger by itself. My order number is #505633 placed at 7:09pm and didn’t leave until 7:19pm. This speed of service is completely unacceptable and I’m wondering where is the manager on the shift. The lack of leadership can make or break a company and prevent people from coming back. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here either. The B-lane should have been operating. This simple order could have been a quick transaction and there was no sense or urgency. And then my burger didn’t have cheese so I had to give it back for them to fix it. It only takes about 1:45-2:45 to cook a patty so how on earth did it take 10 minutes to sit and wait that long. Unsatisfactory, and I can’t imagine how long a whole meal will take. Do better, I’d hope the GM reaches out after this experience I had.

Not getting what to pay for seems to be the norm when going to a Whataburger, any Whataburger. This one is no different. Not one, but two items were missing the cheese I paid for, and the spicy chicken sandwich was dry to the point of being inedible. I think I'm done with this chain, it's too frequent that items are missing or the food is terrible, often both. I'd avoid.

Not sure if night crew had a bunch of mobile orders or what but the few times I've been here I've had to go park despite being first or second in line and half my order is always messed up. Fries this last time were super oily and soggy. Do yourself a favor and go to the location up on 380 and Custer if you wanter better consistency in food and service.
