I was disappointed at first but decided to try the place out. I’m so glad I did because the food was well worth the trip. Great customer service by Vic!! The meals have great portion size & the collard greens are a must have.

- AAAAug 9, 20261.0I've tried Texas true BBQ before and it's really hit or miss. The sauce tastes way too much like ketchup and the quality of the meat varies a lot each time you go there. What really bothered me about a recent visit though. I went into the Frisco location ordered at the kiosk and used the menu to make multiple selections. When I got the text message my order was ready. I came over. There was no one at the counter. Finally, after about 5 to 8 minutes I caught someone's eye and they looked at me. Weird like I was interrupting them. I said hi. I got a text message that my order was ready again. The person looked confused. Then they asked for the name I gave it to them. They went and grabbed my order and just tossed it along the counter. I asked him about my drink and they pointed at the drink station and said "you go get it there". I then asked if there was the side of barbecue sauce already included that I selected on the kiosk menu and the person continued to not look at me and just pointed at the station and said "you get it over there."
