    Quite possibly the worst ribs I've had in my life and I'm a native Texan (Central Texas). Last night I purchased a half rack of ribs and they were covered in fat!!!! No one took the time to trim before smoking. Just seasoned them and put them out to smoke. Not only that, we waited in the drive-through line so long that I had to turn my car off (gas way too high for that wait). Also bought a side of potato salad and that I had to drench in salt and pepper to bring it up to par. For the amount of money we spent, (and in gas) it was NOT worth it. On the bright side though, now I know where NOT to get my BBQ. They'll never see me again.

    had a pickup order for a family size biscoff pudding that my boyfriend grabbed for me. got home, it’s a small pudding. been trying to call to get a refund for about 40 mins. keep getting transferred to customer service (who is also confused as to why they’re not answering) after waiting for so long. gonna call one more time tonight before just disputing the whole charge 👍 pudding is FIRE tho
