  We love going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe! No matter how busy they are, our experience is always great. We usually order ahead, and our order is consistently ready on time, which we really appreciate. The team does an amazing job keeping things moving quickly, even during rushes. Everyone is always friendly, welcoming, and greets us when we walk in. Even with new employees, you can tell they’re well-trained because they work efficiently and keep up with the pace. It’s clear that this location cares about both customer service and speed. Definitely one of the most reliable and pleasant spots to grab a smoothie!

  I just posted but can’t find my review so it turns out the entire bowl is rotten including the yogurt. I’m extremely pissed off because I can almost guarantee they knew they should not have sold this because it took them an extra long time to fulfill my drive thru order. I was going to share this with my toddler and so I’m glad I ate the rotten spoon full of before she did. I will never go back.

  I come here frequently for a smoothie. Today is the third time in a row the smoothies have been significantly watered down compared to usual experiences. Please fix it

  Service is always great and quick. I feel like the reward system makes it hard to earn but I still love it here.
