I found the app super easy to use, very intuitive, the coupons work really well, and it was quick for me to fix mistakes. My biggest fear was quality of produce that I wasn’t picking out myself. The Barbara on my first order was super friendly and courteous, and even helped me bring groceries in side. I’m currently in a neck brace and unable to lift packages over 8 pounds, so I appreciated her help. Driver on the second order was less Friendly but still efficient. The texting and email system for keeping you updated and allowing you to make changes up until it is picked is excellent. The big mistake I made was ordering some ice cream. I thought they would have some kind of a cold container to hold it in. They did not, and it was completely melted. It was just in his hot trunk with the other bags. Some of my refrigerated items like yogurt were lukewarm as well. So Less learned their. Do not order frozen stuff. But otherwise, it was very good experience and I can take you to be a fan of my local Tom Thumb.
