- ADAmy Daza1 day ago2.0I asked an employee, presumably a manager, to help me locate an item. She told me it would either be in meat or aisle 13. She did not escort me to the item as I expected. Turns out I still did not find the item and left empty-handed. (I know Tom Thumb carries this item because it was featured in the ad.) Non-sale items are consistently more expensive. No human cashiers available.

Had to trash the whole pack as it was expired by almost a week and the second bag was expired by 4 days. Please keep track of your inventory as have had the same issue with cut fruits a few weeks back.

He was very friendly and professional. He checked me out and the whole time maintained a positive attitude which made my grocery trip 100x easier and enjoyable. Tom Thumb is lucky to have him on their team!

We took it out on June 28th to cook it and read the date on the product as use by June 21. The chicken had rotted and was letting out odor by this time so had trashed it. We called the store and they insisted they will not refund until they see the meat. They didn't agree to look at the picture of the bar code nor were they apologetic of having expired products stocked in their shelves. The customer care personnel was extremely rude claiming we may have let it rot so they would not believe us.
