Hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, the service in the drive thru wasn’t bad by any means but the food itself was ass and the location is gross Ik sometimes reviews can be deceiving but don’t ignore the reviews for this location and just don’t go to this Taco Bell at all

WARNING. This location likes to make the habit of taking about 5-8 min per car to take their order in the drive thru. I set a timer to see if I was wrong but no. It seriously takes them that long to ask a couple of questions. I got in line at 11:22 and didn't get to the speaker until 11:50 Whataburger is faster than yall. Please train your people better.

I’m very disappointed with the way this order was handled. I specifically requested that the beef be replaced with chicken because the food was ordered for my child. However, when I got home, I discovered that the order was still made with beef. When I called the store, I was told that it was a “human mistake” and that I would need to drive all the way back to the store to have it replaced. I live quite far from the store, so asking me to make another trip because of an error made by the restaurant is unreasonable. What was even more disappointing was the reluctance to offer a refund and the rude customer service I received when I explained the situation. I should not have to spend additional time and money to correct a mistake that was made by the store.
