  Don't know who to contact to get this issue resolved. Came through the drive thru approximately around 2:00-2:10 am. Ordered a grilled cheese beef burrito, with a med. baja blast and hot sauce. I was charged $9.62 I'm not sure if my what I paid for was correct because the screen was off firstly, second as I arrived to the drive thru to pay, receive my food and get home (obviously I believe my order is correct because it was simple, so unfortunately I didn't feel it was necessary to check before leaving)...As I get ready to devour my beef grilled cheese burrito I get a whiff of something very unfamiliar, doesn't smell like my beef grilled cheese burrito but I continue to adventure into the bag and I feel not 1, not even 2 but 3 tacos ofc I think "Omg that guy is so sweet!" But I just want my grilled cheese beef burrito.. I see a taco wrapped in the shiny "aluminum"? I get to unwrapping her and...its in fact not my grilled cheese beef burrito</3 So whether I paid for what I ordered I'd still like it back seeing is I didn't get what I intended to pay for. Thanks. BTW: No shade to the gentleman, he did his job, took my payment, was nice, handed me food he believed was mine.

  No no no no no no nooooooo….!!!! Didn’t give me my full order, blonde girl just threw it on the counter and ignored me when i asked if it was for (my name) order was for two people and they completely hoed the order. They were rationing 😂😂 I definitely would NOT recommend this specific Taco bell… yikes!!

  I ordered ahead on a Saturday night at 5pm… let me say that again, a Saturday night at 5pm. Not a soul in sight, no one dining in. No one behind the counter. I stood at the counter pacing back and forth looking for a worker for about 15 minutes. I walked back out to my car to my Fiancé and we both started dying of laughter. I’ve never seen anything like that. She walked in with me and it was a ghost town. After another 10 minutes someone came in from out back, asked for my name, and then asked “is it really for you?” …. Are you serious? I’ve been the only person here for 30 minutes, I’m the only person that ordered from here on a Saturday night. SHOULDVE READ THE REVIEWS, DRIVE AN EXTRA 10-20 MIN TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION or order from Tilla’s next door.

  Absolutely horrible, I walked in and they pretended like I was transparent. I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The guy had an attitude, and was rude. I walked right out and will never come back. If I owned that restaurant id fire the entire staff immediately.
