  There's always something off at this location. Today, it's the chips. I think they need to change their fryer oil, it's disgusting.

  The lady at the intercom was completely rude and even cussed on the intercom. At me, this is the worst Taco Bell. In the worst place I've ever been to I could not believe it. Do not eat here. I wish I knew that lady's name. They literally started laughing after that

  This was by far the worst Taco Bell experience my family and I have ever had. We came to this Taco Bell in Prosper expecting much better quality because of the location, but we were completely disappointed. The nachos were served with ground beef that tasted sour, smelled off, and seemed spoiled. We immediately stopped eating because we were concerned about the food’s freshness and safety. We also ordered fries, and they were cold, hard, and tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time instead of being freshly made. There is no excuse for serving food in this condition. When customers pay for a meal, they should never have to question whether the food is fresh or safe to eat. This experience ruined our family meal and left us feeling extremely disappointed. Management seriously needs to improve its food quality standards and ensure that customers are served fresh food. Based on this experience, we will not be returning, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.

  I visited Taco Bell today and ordered burritos, Spicy Potato Soft Tacos, fries, and quesadillas through the drive-thru. When I got home, I realized that the Spicy Potato Soft Tacos were missing from my order. I drove all the way back to the restaurant and politely explained the situation. I understand that mistakes happen, so I did not initially consider it a big issue. However, the employee behind the counter began mumbling comments such as, “He ate it,” and “It’s always the same tacos that are missing.” That response was very unprofessional and made an already frustrating situation much worse. The restaurant had made the mistake, I had to drive back to get it corrected, and then I was treated as though I was being dishonest. The cashier did ask the employee to make two replacement tacos, but the overall experience was very disappointing.
