The service was terrible. I ordered chicken, but they mistakenly placed pork instead. When I asked about it, they refused to answer and were rude.

Rude staff members at front, I ordered a 12-inch sub for my kids’ lunch. I requested that the staff cut it in half and pack it separately so that it fits his lunchbox.she denied and asked if I wanted half of the sub, I would need to order two separate 6-inch subs.

Maria has the worse attitude. While she was making my sandwich she put on a sauce that I didn’t want I pointed it out and she said sorry and continued to make the sandwich I told her she made my sandwich wrong it is not what I order “I’m busy I’m sorry “ and refused to remake it and when grabbed the chip that I had paid for as well she threaten to call the manager for stealing. Then proceeds to yell “bye bye” with attitude and in a condescending tone the sandwich that she made were nothing that I had ordered there was four slices of turkey on the entire footlong.

MARIA HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. SHE REFUSED TO SERVE US. My fiancé and I come in and ask her how she’s doing seeing she’s the only one working. And instead of being nice we were met with a rude, cold, expressionless, “What do you want?” After telling her we understood she’s probably had a long day and we were getting ready to order she cut us off and said “we close in 30 minutes I can’t deal with this tonight” and proceeded to write down her name and store phone number on a receipt and went to the back to do her closing duties. She DID NOT SERVE US. The owner should be ashamed to hire someone like this. She will run this store into the ground with a nasty attitude like that. In the food industry we understand it’s difficult and tiring so to help bring light to our servers we try to be understanding and let them know we see them as people not just someone making our food. Maria needs to take a chill pill and maybe a few days off. Smile and be thankful to be alive.
