  Fries and chicken strip look soaked in old oil. They taste horrible. Customer service is slow.

  I love sonic but this is the worst location I’ve ever been to hot dog was sloppy and bread was hard as if it was old

  Got ignored in the drive through, pulled around into the stall, screens not working and somebody came out to take my order… total time spent waiting was 35+ minutes… this is a regular issue at this location.

  May be the worst Sonic I’ve been to. It took 25 min to get our food from order to when we drove away. We got there. There was ONE car at a kiosk. We chose drive thru. We sat there for almost 10 min. The dude was rude and when I got to the window, he barely opened the window, no smile, nothing other than the total to pay. He impatiently handed me waters. Then after I paid he disappeared for another 10 min and handed me the bag out a barely open window and walked away. I sat there for a second making sure that was all and he opens the window again and said “yeah? You need something?” I decided it wasn’t worth waiting for ketchup for another 10 min. Very slow. Very rude. And the food was mid. Even for a Sonic.

  Waited 30 minutes for our order we placed online even though there were no other customers at the time. Could only see two workers inside who kept disappearing for long periods of time while we waited. Three other cars pulled up while we were there and they couldn’t even get a response from the workers inside to place their orders. Our order was incorrect, items were missing, and ice cream fully melted. Cannot find anyway through the app or website to submit a complaint or get refunded for missing items.
