  Y’all’s marketing is great, which makes it so insanely funny that your service is absolutely atrocious. There were literally seven microscopic crumbs of dried strawberries in my strawberry lemonade. I go up to the guy and say, “Hey, there’s no dried strawberries in my drink,” and he goes, “Yeah, they’re at the bottom.” Hello??? You don’t think I checked the bottom, dingus? Bro acted like he harvested the strawberries himself and I was personally disrespecting his crop. Like please use your Sonic power for good. Work in your service and you might get tips brother !

  *****BUYER BEWARE***** Management is terrible at this location. I ordered on the App. They took the order. Charged my bank. When I arrived, they were out of the item I ordered. They offered to substitute another side. There’s only one side I ever order, and they were out. I chose an entree of equal value. Manager, thru the carhop, said it had to be a side. Manager refused to come out and talk to me because it was too hot outside. I had to call their 800 number for a refund. All went well. Customer Service understood. Offered to refund my bank account and offered a small gift certificate for my troubles. TWO WEEKS LATER — NO REFUND — NO GIFT CERTIFICATE - so I paid for something they didn’t have, and they lied to me about the credit & gift certificate. Looks like a case of “Customer Serve Us” — NOT SMART SONIC!!!

  If i could rate no stars I would…. I came here for a small fry and they gave me old, burnt, dried out fries they seem to have been sitting for hours… Everytime i come here there is ALWAYS an issue! They last time i came was about a year ago and i had hair in my burger , another time they gave me a burger with no MEAT ! There’s a kitchen full of boys with hair and not nets! I’ve attached a picture of the fries. Yall have to see this. I don’t understand how they keep the same employee with this terrible service.

  Bad customer service. Drove up to drive thru. No acknowledgment. Drove up to the window and employees looks at me, after coming in, takes off headset and walks away. I will not be giving this location my money any more. Time from 5:18pm-5:25pm on 7/10/26. Check the camera

  i go to alot of sonics since theyre pretty cheap, i know what im getting and dont expect too much. this place is miserable and by far the worst sonic ive ever been to and im a life long traveler. like consistently bad, and i dont normally negatively review places
