- DHDaniel Hartup6 days ago1.0On 9/6/26 bought 3 racks of baby back ribs to our hostess, $150.00 and how embarassing, they were so tough 6 adults ate one rib each and the garbage ate the rest of them (which was of course most of them). They did not even include any barbeque sauce though no one would have used it anyway. Terrible waste of money and beyond disappointing; no cosistency with this Rudys and it will be our last visit.

The venue is authentic and cool and the food is amazing. You must visit this place to embrace the true spirit of Texas. A lot of sides available.
- PAPeter AngelosSep 2, 20264.0Nice family-style Texas BBQ with lots of gluten-free options and safe food prep. Ask for the printed GF menu. An employee heard me mention Celiac and went over to the slicing table, changed gloves, got a new cutting board, new knife and pulled fresh brisket, turkey and sausage out for our order. Everything is GF except the cream corn, green chili stew, banana pudding and bread. The sauces and dry rub are gluten-free. I've eaten here a few times with no reaction. Great place to stop with the whole family.

I paid $17 for what amounted to half a sausage link and two buns filled with unidentifiable, poor-quality meat. On top of the disappointing food, the menu is confusing and completely inconsistent with standard DFW barbecue spots. Definitely not worth the price.

I’m only posting this review to help this and other food industries. My last sandwich or potato salad had a long black hair in it. I grew up in the restaurant industry and we were made to wear HAIR NETS!!!!! Even to today, Costco makes it mandatory that ALL EMPLOYEES HANDLING FOOD TO WEAR THEM. If we as a consumer don’t make these types of postings, the food industries will never make it mandatory!!! Starbucks included, MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES WEAR HAIR NETS OR DONT HIRE THEM.
