  The staff is so nice. But when I went there it was an hour and a half before closing. Everything we wanted was sold out. The only thing that we had left to order was the brisket sandwich. I was so disappointed! 😞 I don’t know if I'm just used to Buckee's brisket sandwiches being sooo big, but this sandwich was so small and literally had, like one tablespoon of meat. I couldn't believe there was no meat! "WHERE'S THE BEEF!" Unfortunately, I don't think that I will go back there again.

  Me and my friend went to this location tonight simply because we needed to use the bathroom, and the workers called the police on us and accused us of doing cocain. We left the establishment and immediately got pulled over and searched by the police, and the officers deduced we in fact were not doing cocain. They had no reason to believe this other than the fact my friend was Latino, which leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It sucks too because I commended on how nice the place looked while I was in there, and we should come sometime. Safe to say I’m never coming to this location again after this experience, and am very upset how this turned out.

  Two days ago I stopped by Rudy's, for an order to take back to California. It was on the larger size but I had an e-gift card I had purchased at the holidays. First thing I did upon entering was verifying I could use the card and was told no problem. I promptly placed my order for brisket, pulled pork, prime rib, turkey and sausage. Easy peasy! When I tried to check out, it was a different story. My server tried several times to run It through to no avail. I showed them my email correspondence with Hunter Taylor, Shipping Manager from Rudy's corporate office. I had run into a problem receiving the gift card but was assured it was all straightened out. Apparently it wasn't. The on duty manager, Josh, was called over. He also tried to complete the transaction but also ran into the same issue. I appreciate the fact he believed me, and that I wasn't trying to rip Rudy's off. He was also emphatic to the fact that I was an out-of-state traveler and couldn't come back when corporate was open. Josh offered to comp the meal but I insisted on trying to resolve the issue with a call to corporate. That didn't work as it was Saturday.. In the end, Josh comped the meal, with a request I attempt to resolve the issue on Monday, which I will do today. I was very impressed by Josh, his initial efforts to try and help and at the end of the day, his problem solving skills and decisive action to resolve the situation. I don't live in Frisco but my son does. Rudy's food is great, as is the service , but Josh's handling of this situation has made me a fan for life! Good customer service is hard to find these days, but with a great leader like Josh, who have the intellect to see "the bigger picture " the future looks bright for Rudy's. Somebody trained his right! Thank you Josh and Rudy's!!

  All of the workers were so nice and kind. They offered free samples to me because it was my first time visiting their establishment. They said Hello and thank me for visiting them.
