  Tried this place out. It's just OK. Nothing too special, so I dont understand the hype. $15.65 for this. Probably will try again, but not gonna be a regular place we eat.

  They should have stayed in Chicago and stuck with the Chicago Dog! They do have that on the menu but I wanted to try other things. I got the chicken strips...my gums and teeth got a workout from the super hard batter! I guess they thought they were at Cane's! The burger was bland according to my Dad and I trust his taste buds! I think the only thing they got right where the french fries in the drinks! I got a chili dog for later and it did not translate well. But I don't think it would have even been better fresh. Sorry Google I don't take photos of crappy food! Skip this place and go where you know to be good! If I had to choose between this place and Sonic I would go for Sonic!

  I bought the Italian steak sandwhich it was bland. My sister bought the chicken strips very dry and hard. My father and the rest of my family purchased the #3 and was stated that it was flavor less also. All around great service but for what we purchased was not so good.

  This 423 location is the worst Portillo’s I have ever been to. Being from Chicago I know this restaurant. Whoever is in charge of this location must be oblivious to what a Portillo’s experience should be. The portions here are half of what you’d get at a regular Portillo’s. And maybe that’s a good thing because the taste is off. This location’s food is missing that Portillo’s taste. Finally, the service is horrible. I’m not sure the employees really want to be here. Long way off from what you’d get in Chicago. There’s a reason is easy to get any parking space you’d like at anytime of day, or not have to wait in a long drive thru line. And that’s not a good thing 👎🏼

  The food was pretty good! It was my first time coming in with my daughter and husband. A few days ago, They did get my food wrong the first time but I went up to the girl calling out the orders I believe her name was Kimmie not 100% sure. She said she will get that fixed for me as soon as she can. I didn’t mind the wait. But the manager Monaya I’m sure is her name.(sorry if I’m spelling that wrong) was very rude and seemed like she was rushing everyone which I completely understand with the times and everything. But she seemed to be very rude!! The cashier was super sweet and kimmie was clearly trying her best to get the orders called, checking every single order, smiling at the guests and starting conversations. She also apologized for my order?!?! The management definitely needs to be checked and worked on. These are teenagers who are working hard. Shout out to the staff but I’m very disappointed in the management. Do better.
