  First time eating at Portillo's, ordered the double hamburger and polish sausage. Best Burger i had in a long time!! The polish sausage was good to with just the right about of mustard and grilled onions! Will be back found a new spot to eat at

  Came ti your establishment, in Little Elm. after a long day at work. My sister is visiting me from Chicago. So I thought I'd take her to Portillo's. We ordered our food. My sis ordered a beef w/fries and a drink. I ordered a simple Italian sausage w/ sweet peppers and grilled onions. We sat down , there was plenty of tables too choose from. When I opened my sandwich it was dry . Bread and meat only. It turned me off right away. So then I went to the front counter to ask for my peppers , and onions on the side. The young girl, handed me a Lil cup w/ a lid. I opened it, and it just had the peppers. I said... im sorry but you forgot the grilled onions. She turned and looked, and rolled her eyes and walked away. That ticked me off. All I said was you know what, forget it. Not the service I was expecting 😒 Do better for your customers. I won't be coming here again.

  Dogs great hot dogs however the online ordering system is lacking. You cant modify your order like i want and absolutely no way to call and talk to anyone that wants to help you get what you want. Walk-in or go to the driveway no problem but you got to wait forever. This attitude about using your phone for everything is out of control a customer service is hard to find anywhere. This could be so easy the little attention to detail and listening to feedback from customers. (I've spoken to the manager multiple times about the holes in their own line ordering system over the past year and nothing changes)

  Portillo's in Frisco was absolutely amazing! We tried the fish sandwich, beef sausage, and spicy chicken sandwich, and every item was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The fish sandwich was crispy and delicious, the beef sausage was packed with flavor, and the spicy chicken sandwich had just the right amount of heat. The onion rings were crispy and golden, and the fries were fresh and seasoned perfectly. The portions were generous, the restaurant was clean, and the service was friendly. If you're looking for a great meal with plenty of options, I highly recommend visiting Portillo's Frisco. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

  Portillos on 423 is the worst meal we have ever had. The hotdogs were impossible to eat as they were incredibly tough and rubbery. The buns were stale and tasted like they were several weeks old. We ended up throwing out meal out because it was not edible which was a waste of money. Our experience was very disappointing and this is our first and last time at Portillos on 423.
