  This pizza hut is the best pizza place ever. I can't speak to what other pizza huts do, but Tim, the manager, is always making our experience a 10/10. Even everyone on staff here is AMAZING. And when they've made a mistake (which happened once out of 100 orders), they own it & make it right.

  ​"If there were an Olympic sport for pizza delivery, Alberto would be taking home the gold. ​I’ve had a lot of deliveries, but Alberto truly went above and beyond. Not only was the food hot and fresh, but his customer service was next-level. He was incredibly professional, genuinely friendly, and handled everything with a level of care you just don't see that often anymore. ​It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work.   I love pizza hut, it's always have my my pizza place of choice but that has now change. I ordered my pizza because I am sick and didn't feel like making anything for my family, the pizza arrived right before they did. (Perfect timing) I get a call from the delivery guy which I expect because I live in a apartment building and they always have questions but he told me that because it was past 7:30 I had to walk down 3 flights of stairs (when he could have used an elevator) to get my pizza from him while he just sat in his car. He claimed this is a new pizza hut policy that they do not go into apartment buildings after that 7:30 mark.... I dont know about the rest of the population but when I order pizza it's because I am tired and or sick and dont feel like cooking but if I am now required to pick up my food from his car door when I ordered it for delivery to my home and pay the delivery fee then never again. So very upset with new policy. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay as much for the delivery fee if he isn't going to actually deliver it to my door. And my pizza was smushed to one side 😡😡
